This clean, freshly painted and decorated home sleeps 14 people and has 2 stone fireplaces, a large gourmet kitchen, in-room Jacuzzi, and new BIG smart TV's as well as other amenities. Enjoy beautiful River Views from the balcony with your morning coffee (Keurig provided) . Plus, the unit is RIGHT next to the elevator so quick, easy access to get settled in. The resort has indoor & outdoor waterparks, golf, & more!

This is one of the top resorts in all of Wisconsin Dells and for a reason! You've got indoor AND outdoor waterparks, attached golf course, fitness center, full service spa, zip lines, kids' arcade, 9 bars and restaurants, tons of meeting space and event centers, even a top ranked steakhouse!

You are nestled along the gorgeous Wisconsin River and away from the craziness of town BUT it's only a quick 2 mile drive to get to all the action as well!

The unit has been fully updated with fresh paint, decor, new and bigger smart tv's and even an xbox to play!!

With over 2,000 Sq. feet, your comfy home away from home will provide enough space for the whole group but you're walking distance to everything! Heck, in the winter, you can even take underground tunnels to the waterpark so you don't have to go outside! :)

Our 3-bedroom condo suite has 1 king bed, 4 queen beds and 2 pull-out couches. There is a 2-bedroom unit and then a 1-bedroom unit with an adjoining door in the middle. This is a great configuration for adults/kids or those who love to get up early and others who stay up late!

The 1-bedroom unit has a kitchenette with mini fridge and microwave, as well as it's own coffee maker.

*** This unit is managed by us, the owners, and NOT the Resort. As a Superhost with other fantastic properties in other areas, we hope to show you an amazing vacation and be your go-to in the areas we serve!

*** We do NOT provide any waterpark passes since we are NOT with the Resort. The prices you see reflect this. We also are not charging an additional DAILY FEE that other units/owners are charging FYI. Many guests love to explore the entire WI Dells area and don't find themselves in the waterpark every day anyways but take this into consideration when choosing where to stay. We hope to earn your business now and for the future!

*** Please note that our condo is privately owned and is not affiliated with or partnered with Chula. If you wish to access Chula Vista Resort amenities, you will need to book separately through their official website. In the event that any of the resort amenities are closed or under maintenance, we are not responsible for these situations. Please contact the resort directly through their website for assistance regarding their amenities.

You have FULL ACCESS to the entire Resort. All the Waterparks, arcades, Spa, fitness center, bars and restaurants, golf course, mini golf, everything! Just know that waterpark access must be booked online or at the resort and is separate. You are paying for accommodations at our property only.

Messaged host multiple days before check-in, never answered, got there at check-in time still didn't have door code or room number had to call VRBO and wait about 15min for host to finally message me info. Couch was falling apart and bunch of crumbs under cushions. Went to clean dishes we used and no dish cloths, soap, or scrubbers to clean pans and no dish washer detergent to run them in dishwasher. One of drawers in bedroom had previous guests clothes still in it. Was here in early 2025 and everything was great but must have new owner now. If u book this thru VRBO u don't have access to chula vista water park as they changed there policy to only allow guests in water park that book thru Chula Vista so had to drive to different park to swim/play.

Great place for very decent price! Thought the water to the jacuzzi didn't work and they came the next day. Turns out it was user error. 5 adults and no one could figure out how to work the water... haha! Would absolutely stay again.

We had a nice stay. The condo was conveniently located near everything that we wanted to do off the resort. My husband and I slept in the Master Bedroom and we both thought the bed was extremely comfortable. The second bedroom where my son, his wife, and daughter stayed was perfect for them. They had their own eating area, full size refrigerator, patio, and sitting area. The third bedroom was nice as well. We cooked all meals in our condo and didn’t have any trouble finding appliances, utensils, etc.

The communication was not great. We didn’t end up getting the code until an hour after check in . One bathroom has no overhead lighting. Only a table with a lamp on it. The toilets were strange. After one person flushed it took a long time to refill the tank so you could flush it again. All of them were the same. Big hair chunk in our shower . So we didn’t use that one. Couch in main area is broken and had to add on top the cushions from the other room to double up so you weren’t sinking into it. Called to find out how to work big tub and was told people have to put a spoon in to hold it down to fill it up. I would say it wasn’t remodeled. Beds were fine and we still had fun. Nice it had a blender, toaster, coffee maker, plenty of fridge space, griddle. We enjoyed the fire places. No pot holders , dish cloth, or towels for kitchen.

The biggest disappointment was that we booked this room specifically to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at the water park with family. We found out once we arrived that Chula Vista would only allow those who booked directly with them to gain access to the water park- we were forced to consider booking a separate room through the resort directly ONLY to get water park passes. Now this policy was new- and it is now on the Chula Vista website, but this was not on the website when we booked the room. This seems like an issue with the resort more than the VRBO, but it ruined the experience nonetheless. When speaking to the Chula Vista management, they defended their decision with “all Chula Vista condo owners knew of this policy change well in advance”. If that’s true, we would have liked to know so we could have book elsewhere. Other disappointments- they only provided one total toilet paper roll between all three bathrooms (1/3-1/4 roll was in all 3 bathrooms without any replacement rolls). Also found a garbage water bottle in the bed room from a previous guest.For how much we paid for additional/cleaning fees, we expected more. We ended up enjoying the fun spacious room with family, being dog friendly is so nice, unfortunately what was meant to be a special, relaxing weekend ended up being stressful and not what we were expecting.

The condo was perfect for our family (6 adults & 5 kids all under age 8). It was very clean and spacious. The pools, indoor and outdoor water park was great and not overly crowded. The only downside was the check in process. We did not receive any communication from the host and needed to call. After calling we received an email with the door code but no direction on where the unit was located on the property. I stood in line at the hotel registration where the attendant then provided me with a map of the campus and directions to where my condo unit was located. Once we got to our condo, our stay was fabulous. The unit is centrally located and close to the water park. We will be back.

Very disappointed in the check in process. We got in late and had not received any information regarding our room number or passcode to get in. We spent over an hour trying to figure out What they were finally got in contact with a VRBO agent, which gave us that information. It caused a lot of frustration and disappointment to start our stay. The place was nice, just not clean. Chapstick was found on the bedroom floor and the lights looked to be etched but when looking at them, VERY DUSTY. The overall room was nice and met our sleep space.

No communication days before we were due to vacation. I kept messaging to get the info for check in, thinking I would get it at some point before we arrived. We all (6 adults and 2 children) traveled from different areas in Iowa. 3 and 4 hour drives each. They canceled our reservation when we pulled up to the condo. They said they had contacted VRBO 10 days ago. But… if that was true you would think that they would have said something and responded to one of my numerous messages over the 5 days before we left. So, That left us all at 5 PM with no where to stay for 4 nights. I was so upset, and nervous about what we would do. After contacting VRBO they said they would refund our money at least. But not for a week or so. We did find availability at a crappy hotel. We all had lots of food since we were planning on cooking meals. Now no kitchen. It was a total mess. Do t trust them!!!

Did not receive check-in information. Sent a message to owner 2 hours prior to check in and did not get any response. Had to call VRBO (the number listed to call owner was actually VRBO). They were able to contact them to get the information. It was super frustrating. Plenty of space, beds were ok, but it was not very clean. Bags of garbage outside our door for the first day and night. No garbage cans in two of the bathrooms. Food/chips in pull out couch. No tissues inside the tissue holders. No soap for the dishwasher- container was empty. Could not get the jet tub to work- no water. No soap in bathrooms like other VRBOs we’ve been to. That’s ok, but just want to let others know. Overall, it had the space we needed.

Electrical issue light socket not working. Jacuzzi not coming on. No face towels. Listing say waterpark. No true I had to pay for another room to get waterpark passes. I couldn’t buy passes because they don’t sell them.

We had to call and get instruction, to find the unit, to enter which took 37 minutes with the help from VRBO. Upon entering we noticed the place was not cleaned, vacuumed, or dusted properly. Leftovers on a plate left in the microwave. Furniture was run down and beat. At most maybe they could host up to 10. No place really to sit around. Two full couches and one chair for 14? We then set up beds and used the pull out couches when we found out half the springs are missing and useable to sleep on. We ended up renting another hotel room to accommodate the 14 of us (off site). Also hot tub doesn’t work and was full of dog hair from the last group. The ad for the Vrbo is totally misleading. Says you have full access to water parks and everything on site. Which they do not supply wristbands that you need. (Even to enter the building after 10.) We were not even able to purchase passes for the water park, which would have been another 700 (50) a piece. But we tried online and over the phone to purchase and said they were no longer selling to the public even though we were staying on the grounds. We had to end up buying passes from Mt Olympus and travel back and forth. (32 a piece) Would not stay here again.
