☆ Bedrooms: The primary suite boasts a plush king-sized bed and a convenient twin rollaway for extra guests. The second bedroom offers a plush queen bed and a twin pullout, while the third bedroom features a queen bed. Additional sleeping space is available in the living room with a sleeper sofa and pack and play for your younger guests.
☆ Bathrooms: Two well-appointed bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests, both bathrooms feature a bath tub, shower, and all bathroom amenities needed throughout your stay.
☆ Kitchen: Fully stocked and ready for your culinary adventures, our kitchen includes brand new appliances, a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee.

☆ Location: Often referred to as the "City of Festivals," Indio is a vibrant city located in the Coachella Valley of Southern California's Desert Region. This city is known for its annual festivals, particularly the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the Stagecoach Festival, both of which are held at the nearby Empire Polo Club, our home is just 1.4 miles away, with the perfect location for festival goers.
☆ Neighborhood: The Indian Palms Country Club itself, where your property is located, is a gated community that offers a plethora of amenities. The community boasts a 27-hole golf course, multiple swimming pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a fitness center, providing guests with plenty of activities right at their doorstep. The country club also includes a restaurant and bar, offering convenient dining options within the gated community.
The surrounding area of Indio is rich in culture and history, with numerous local attractions such as the Coachella Valley History Museum, the Indio Performing Arts Center, and the Fantasy Springs Resort Casino which offers concerts, dining, and gaming. For outdoor enthusiasts, the proximity to places like the Joshua Tree National Park, which is about an hour's drive away, offers opportunities for hiking, rock climbing, and exploring the stunning desert landscape.
Additionally, the area boasts three casinos within a 15-20 minute drive and the Polo fields are conveniently located across the street off Monroe St. For a more extensive dining and shopping experience, guests can use Highway 111, which is lined with a variety of options.
Other Things to Note
☆ Attached Casita: There is a private attached casita which we rent out separately, see photos of casita in additional photos. The separate casita is not included in your booking reservation, however can be booked at an additional price. The attached casita has a parking spot on the left side of the driveway. The casita has a shared driveway and footpath only.
☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (plus tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Please note: our pool cleaner comes only on Monday and Thursday mornings. He will access the property through the side gate and should not disturb you during your stay.
☆ Desert living: This home, like many in Palm Springs, is located in the desert where sand is common and can be carried by the wind. On windy days, the pool may catch some sand. Our pool cleaners always do their best to remove it, but in some cases, a small amount may remain in the pool.
☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
*Additional pet fees (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Thank you for your cooperation!
☆ Gated Neighborhood: There is a guard gate to access the gated neighborhood where our home is located. We will need to collect all guests names and license plate numbers for easy access into and out of the community. Max of 2 cars.
☆ Community Access: Access to the pickleball/ tennis courts, and gym at the lifestyle center is managed through our HOA. If you wish to use it, we will send you a form to complete. Please note there is only allowed a maximum or 4 guests at a time for the gym and courts. To access the public pools, you can request a temporary pool pass from the Lifestyle Center and pay $10. Upon checking out or when done using the pool, please return your temporary pass and you will receive your $10 back.
☆ Maintenance: Trash is taken every Monday morning. Our HOA is responsible for maintaining the front of our yard, if staying mid week- they could be working on the front garden but will not bother you throughout your stay.
House Rules
• Our home is located in a gated community. To ensure smooth entry, we’ll need the names of all guests and your vehicle’s license plate to register with security. Only one vehicle is allowed, and street parking is not permitted.
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No parties or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest.
• Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No pets allowed in pool. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Max dogs 4
• Children under 18 must be supervised at all times when using the pool.
• BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only.
• Follow all local, county, and state laws and short-term rental regulations, including all rules on the City's "Good Neighbor Brochure", provided prior to checkin. Noncompliance may result in eviction by city without refund.
• Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance.
• Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
