One of the things we love most is the presence of burrowing owls, which are a special symbol of Cape Coral and give the area a unique, local character. Plus, the central location makes it super convenient — you're close to parks, lakes, shopping, restaurants, and attractions like Sun Splash Waterpark, all while enjoying a quiet and relaxing environment.
