Our suites are equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation, including two full baths, full kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, living area with pull-out sofa, and a fireplace. Each suite also features a washer and dryer for added convenience. Stay entertained with our 50-inch smart TVs and start your mornings off right with freshly brewed coffee from your own coffee maker. The Grand Canadian Resort is a non-smoking facility. Please do not smoke in or around the building. The Town of Canmore prohibits smoking within 5 meters of any building opening, including doors, balconies, and windows.

Grand Canadian Resort is also a pet-free facility. Pets are not permitted inside units or on the resort property. For any concerns or additional information please contact Member Services.

Non-compliance with these policies will result in a minimum violation fee of $500 and forfeiture of your reservation. Please respect everyone’s right to enjoy a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Amenities:

Recreation Area Hours 8:00am – 10:00pm. Food or beverages are not permitted in the pool or fitness room.

​Outdoor Heated Pool: The pool is heated and open year-round with an outdoor & indoor hot tub and sauna.

​Fitness Room: Our fitness room boasts cardio machines, free weights, and a television.

​Barbecue: The BBQ is located on the main floor at the end of the hallway. The utensils are located at the BBQ deck as a courtesy. Please leave them in a clean condition after use and remember to turn off the propane tank.

​After Hours: Front doors automatically lock at 5:00pm. Door code is require to gain access.

​Bicycles: A bike rack is located in the underground parkade.

​Business Centre: Facsimile sending/receiving and photocopying services are available at the Member Services for a nominal fee.

​Garburators: Each unit is equipped with a garburator. Our garburators are very small. Bones, hard materials or quantities of soft materials cannot be put in the garburators.

​Internet: High-speed internet is available for your use for a weekly charge.

Ski & Snowboard Storage: A ski rack is located in the parkade, and ski locks are available at no charge to borrow from the Front Desk.

​Heated Underground Parking: Maximum 2 vehicles per unit. Please register your vehicles at the front desk.

- Close to 5 Golf Courses, 4 Ski Resort Areas, and the famous trout fishing river, The Bow River.
- 10 minute drive to the Banff National Park entrance and a 30 minute drive to downtown Banff.
- Kananaskis Country is a huge sprawling Provincial Park with 100''s of square miles of recreation, including the famed Kananaskis Golf Course.

Important Information from the Grand Canadian Resort
· The timeshare units sleep a maximum of 8 people. Limits apply to all ages including infants. Limits will be enforced.
· SMOKE-FREE RESORT. Smoking is not permitted in the units including balcony or public common areas.
· NO PETS allowed at the resort.
· Please be advised that smoking or having a pet in the units will result in a minimum charge of $500 violation fee and forfeiture of reservation.
