Enjoy your peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood. Our family modern feel home, with minimalist vibes, and a peaceful atmosphere will be a great place to relax or work. Located centrally in Apple Valley, its location is close to both shopping and dining. Vegas is 3 hours away, Deep Creek Hotsprings along the Pacific Crest Trail is 45 min away, and Big Bear Lake is less than an hour drive from our centralized location, allowing you to stay closer to your waiting experiences.

The space

Beautiful Property on half of an acre set up for everyone’s much needed R&R (rest and relaxation) . 3 bedrooms each equipped with a 55-65in Smart Tv ready for use open living room that are perfect for any gathering family or holidays with a good size fully equipped kitchen overlooking the constantly changing backyard. (Pool & Sport Setup & Games may Change Seasonally) Maybe up or down Sorry for any inconvenience.

Located in a very bad spot of Apple valley. Lots of damages to home. The yard was littered with dog

False advertising. The house smelled like dog urine. There was multiple damages to entire house. The back yard was a mess littered with pigeon and dog waste. There was no spa as shown in the listing. It was very didifficult tut

Not as advertised

Overall this was our first time having a rental with VRBO that did not go well. It started with not receiving the check in info until 15 mins after we were supposed to be able to check in, which was already a late check in, so we ended up driving around for a bit until we got the message from the host. Once we received the info we went to the house and found that the reality of the house was quite different from the description on the listing. There was no king size bed, no pool, and limited outdoor furniture. All beds were on incredibly tall bed frames, there were no top sheets on the bed and the pillow cases were all shams with fringe, which was kind of strange. Also there was not soap for hand washing, which was a minor thing but not expected. We were in town for a funeral and barely spent time at the house, but every time we were there we heard multiple dogs barking non stop. We assumed that it was the neighbor, but then after a second night of not sleeping well my father in law investigated and found that on the side of the house there were five dogs behind a locked gate in terrible conditions. These dogs were in upsetting conditions - kennel floors covered in poop, dirty water and the tarps that were supposed to be providing shade were in poor condition. Some of the dogs had been trying to dig out, and I felt absolutely horrible leaving them there. Overall the house was not as advertised and we were appalled by the dog conditions on the property.
