Stepping in to a cozy comfy colonial farm style home away from home with some extra. ready to enjoy the view of foothills during a cozy bomb fire roasting marshamellows wile drinking hot chocolate. Or just simply enjoying a quiet evening under the beautiful dark sky"s ligtened by the bright stars catching up on work or enjoying a glass of wine. This home is very close to all surrounding high desert hospitals for our travel nurses. It will bring a family together in warmth or friends in good company of Fellowshipping wile the bbq smells just right. Lets go out and explore what this small town has to offer. If you love motor sports from 20 min to the Sand Duns to enjoy a day out on the Dune Buggies. Apple valley legacy museum of natural history and science is a must, as well as Jess Ranch Lakes to enjoy a beautiful relaxing day .The All Saints Lunatic Asylum for some games and entertainment or local bars. If you love golf Ash Wood Golf Course is a must. This high desert has the famous concrete Dinosaurs of Apple Valley. If your love to hike try our Deep creek hot springs hiking tours and horse back riding at the Oak Springs Riding Stables.

Celebration of Life

No fault of the owners, but the initial booking was problematic. The rental price on VRBO, does not include the fees and cleaning, so the price looked really good initially. After the confirmation was received the owner informed us of the additional fees. Hoping VRBO will correct this for the owner. Outside of that the rental price and accommodations were great. The house was a perfect location for the funeral we were attending and only about 1 hour away from the Ontario airport. The house was expertly decorated and, had all the items we needed for our stay. Loved the washer/dryer. Beds were comfortable and living room and kitchen accommodated our party of 6. It was to cold to enjoy the backyard, but it looked nice. The owner answered any questions we had and checked in with us during our stay. The neighborhood was quite and close to where we needed to be. Grocery, drug stores and Starbucks within 15 minutes drive.

Outstanding home

Home was warm an beautiful. The country setting is brilliant and bright. All the amenities made for a wonderful stay. The Gaitan family have a beautiful home that I look forward to staying at again.

This 1200 sq foot original beautiful farmhouse in a half acre lot has been in the family since 1987. We have preserved and turned it into a home away from home. We hope your stay here becomes a memorable stay. This home is loved for many generations to come!
