Located in the stunning community of Spring Valley Lake, a desert oasis in the heart of the High Desert. This 3 bedroom, three-bath home has everything you and your family and friends need to relax and enjoy your time in Victorville. The home sits on the golf course of Spring Valley Lake and is fully equipt for all your needs, fully equipt kitchen, smart TVs in all bedrooms and the family room, super-fast free Wi-Fi, Netflix, hair dryers, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, washcloths, and free parking. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and private sliding door to the side patio, the upstairs bedroom to the right has queen top and bottom bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a private exit to the patio deck, and the upstairs bedroom to the left has a dedicated workspace, queen bed, light up night stands with outlets for charging electronics and plugging in stuff, and slider to the upstairs patio deck. The patio deck has seating for lounging and eating. you will not be disappointed. There is a private condo attached to the main home. The condo and main house are completely separate and private spaces. They share a common back patio and the washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are free and located in the garage. It is important to keep the door to the garage locked at all times.

Overall the stay was ok. We had some issues with spiders and ants in the downstairs bedroom and upstairs in the bathroom. The shower water upstairs was very sketchy in one of the bathrooms. It never stayed at a consistent temperature. The bathroom s and kitchen were stocked well with the necessary items needed. Overall we enjoyed the time with family.

Please be aware there is an attached apartment at the back of the home. Upon recieving your check in instructions you are made aware of this and that there is some outdoor common area. You are not told that the shared space includes the washer/dryer in the garage. This caused two issues. One, we weren't aware that we needed to have our internal garage door to the garage locked at all times for security. Second was someone started washing clothes while we were showering so the water temperature fluxuated dramatically during my family members shower. Only later when i went to collect clothes from the dryer did i discover someone else had started their clothes in the wash and this was the cause of the temperature fluxuation. I just feel like if this is something we knew ahead of booking it could be manageable, but it was quite a shock at the time. I did adress one issure with the host during my stay and she was receptive and i feel like if there is something she can make right, she absolutely will. This i didnt mention because obvioulsly it couldnt be changed at the time.

Great home in a great neighborhood

Super responsive host that made everything good. We cant thank you enough. My only suggestion is be sure people know there is an apartment attached so they are not surprised about other people.

I wish the listing would have been specific so we would have known that the downstairs bedroom did not have easy access to a full bathroom. Each of the bedrooms upstairs had an attached bathroom, so if the person downstairs needed to shower, they had to go through the other bedrooms to get to a shower. Also, there were no locks on any of the bedrooms or the downstairs bathroom. I’ve never stayed in a home that didn’t have locking bathrooms and bedrooms. The lighting is also terrible in the front room, even if we opened the curtains. The air conditioning worked great, which we appreciated. We were not told that only one car could park in the driveway until we received the check-in instructions or that there was a unit behind the main house that someone else rented.

Clean, quite neighbor hood. Clean rooms. Enjoyable stay. The bbq worked great , but no bbq tools. We were able to use short metal thongs that were in the kitchen and there were no trash bags to line the cans , no problem we bought some. . Would stay again!

Beautiful Home in a Beautiful Neighborhood!

The place itself was great. I came with my wife and it was more than enough space. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, we would love to stay a couple more. Next time! Also, the host, Rose, maintained contact with us throughout the trip making sure we checked-in comfortably and that we were well accommodated. Thank you! 10/10 Stay
