Centrally located, newly remodeled home with a quick drive to everything Atlanta. The home is a 3 bedroom 2-bathroom home with a full kitchen, living room, front patio and covered carport. The home is new remodeled with nice finishes, luxury vinyl floor, all new appliance and fully stocked with everything needed to move and live right away. There is new washer and dryer, central air and heat. Homes is 3.5-5.4 miles from Mercedes Benz, front patio, Farm Stadium, Emory/Peidmont hospital, six flags, Atlanta Zoo & Aquarium, Morehouse and Spellman College, Georgia state. Just a short10-15 minute drive to the Hartfield Airport and Tyler Perry studio. Accessible via public transportation bus line to Marta. The property has plenty of parking for 4-5 on paved spot. There is plenty of open spaces for pets to be free or on a long leash. The home is located in a gentrified community with remodeled and new built, quiet community with lots of open spaces. Plenty of parking, pet friendly, no smoking inside the home.

Wonderful Host

Very nice property. The host is phenomenal and quick to answer inquiries. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in Atlanta.

Georgia Road Trip

We came to Atlanta to visit the aquarium. The house was in a great location to get to Centennial Park and all its attractions. Check in and check out were easy, and the house was very clean with new appliances.

The property was clean, but i think there is a sewer problem because everytime you walk in there is a fowl odor.

The house looked just like the listing besides the fact they don’t have any photos of the bathrooms or bedrooms. There were no outlets in the master bath so tough for a woman, and there were pubes in every single towel. There were also bugs all in one of the rooms.

Overall good but many minor inconveniences

The inside looked pretty recently renovated but a lot of short cuts were done. If you have kids and a pet with you it’s a pretty decent spot. There were many spiderwebs especially in the front porch, overpass and basement. Bedding was left in the drier and the outside trash was full when we got there. Bedroom nightstands had to be unplugged to turn off and no batteries in the remote in the main bedroom. Checkout was at 12 and cleaning lady arrived at 11 with flashers on in the driveway as we were loading our truck. Soft spots in the floorboard. Previous tenant came to pick up her mail and her college diploma was in the kitchen cabinets just kind of an awkward exchange. No cookie sheets to use the oven but all of these little things led to a 3 star review. I would stay again if given an opportunity anticipating these things and probably have been okay with it all.
