3 bedroom, 2 bath modern bungalow with 6 person hot tub, fire pit, Traegar electric grill. House is located in the quiet, transitioning Westside Atlanta neighborhood which is 5 minutes to Holmes Marta Station, Westside Park, and I-20. It is located 10 minutes to Mercedez Benz Stadium, State Farm Area, Downtown, West Midtown, and Six Flags. It is located 15-20 minutes to Midtown Atlanta, Georgia State, and Georgia Tech. There are three desks for working, ample dining space, and a kitchen perfect for putting your culinary skills to use. There are three Smart TVs and high speed internet. The back yard is fully fenced in. Note: there is no guarantee that the hot tub isn’t undergoing routine maintenance during your stay.

The property was super easy to find. With the pet friendly back yard and hot tub it makes it most enjoyable for relaxing. Hop skip and a jump to Marta for all your transportation needs makes is a nice location.

The location and property were perfect for our trip! The host was very easy to communicate with and quickly responded to any questions. We had our dogs with us so the fully fenced in back yard was a huge plus. The house was roomy and clean and very close to the interstate. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. The only minor issue (not the owner’s fault) was a Greek chorus of dogs on either side of the residence that start their morning opera a little earlier than we would have preferred.

Great host!

Very nice we enjoyed our stay the host Patrick was perfect great communication! One night of our stay a tree from the neighbors yard fell to the yard and he reached out and came to make sure everyone and everything was okay. By the next day had fence fixed and hot tub cleared up and running for us. Was the best stay !

Beautiful home, enjoyed the stay had everything you'd need except face towels i bought 4 other people with me 3 kids and one other adult but it was only 2 face towels, other than that very nice stay. I'd stay again

Lots of amenities

The backyard and hottub were great and well kept. We enjoyed the air conditioner and fans in all rooms, as well as the nice towels and sheets. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed.The back bathroom could use some cleaning and the smell of air fresheners was overpowering upon entry. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Convenient and Cozy

For a quick long weekend trip to Atlanta, this was a lovely choice for accomodations. Our host, Patrick was clear and full of information before hand. The house was clean and well supplied with necessities like paper goods, soaps, and coffee to make it so easy to just drop in and relax. We greatly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend!
