Rental is for the main floor only, the upper level is closed off during the rental period and you will have exclusive use of the property. You will be provided with a remote which allows entry through both the main gate, and the gate to the villa.

Only for rent during the summer months, with a minimum 7 day rental. Discount provided for 60 days. Well behaved, non shedding pets welcome. Quiet, exclusive neighbourhood, no parties.
