So very sorry this guest had this experience. The previous guest had flushed dirty diapers and wipes down the toilet that caused the sewer to back up in the basement that caused the odor. We had the Plumbers out to the house that day and they cleared the drains and sanitized the basement floor that removed any foul odor. Every single review before this review and after this review are all five (5) stars. I did everything within my power to make this right for this guest gave a full refund plus I offered them the opportunity to go back the next day and check the house out and they could stay for free for the inconvenience for the remainder of their time in which they declined. Every review after and before was five (5) star. We spent nearly $100,000 remodeling this property and everything is new and it's disheartening to read a negative review. Especially with something outside of our control. We will use this experience and learn from it to make staying at the Randolph, Niagara Falls a five (5) experience.
