Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case—there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Sleeping arrangements
This creekside family home sleeps 12 guests across five bedrooms and a queen sofa sleeper. The Garden Room offers a king bed, large closet, and streaming TV. The Zen Den includes a queen bed, desk, and DVD player with backyard views. The Tree Room, Wood Room, and Forest Room each feature a memory foam hybrid mattress and thoughtful touches like reading nooks, mirrors, and TVs. The upper unit’s family room includes a queen sofa sleeper with linens and pillows provided.

Kitchen & dining
Both connected units feature full kitchens equipped with stainless steel appliances and space to prepare group meals. The upper kitchen flows into a dining area with seating for six and a coffee bar for multiple brewing styles. The lower kitchen and dining area are ideal for casual meals or takeout nights.

Living areas
Unwind by the gas fireplace in the upper living room, styled with mid-century furnishings and a softly lit birch tree. Downstairs, enjoy a 50-inch smart TV, record player, books, and board games in a bright space with natural wood accents.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home, each with a shower/tub combo, tiled finishes, and bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a fully fenced, pet-friendly yard designed for gathering. Cook on the BBQ, dine at the patio table, or relax by the fire pit beneath string lights. The dedicated yoga and forest bathing platform, outfitted with mats and cushions, invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Stay comfortable with air conditioning, heating, portable fans, and an indoor fireplace. Essentials include a washer, dryer, ironing equipment, safe, and extra linens. Entertainment options range from TVs and a sound system to exercise equipment, books, and board games. Families will find a crib, pack ’n play, high chair, baby bath, toys, baby monitor, and safety gates. Free on-site and street parking, bikes, and beach essentials are also provided, along with self check-in via smart lock.

You’re just 7 miles from downtown Seattle and perfectly positioned near the University of Washington, top healthcare facilities, and the city’s top sporting venues. Getting around is easy—you're only a mile from the Northgate Light Rail station and a 5-minute walk to the Rapid Ride bus line. Hop on the Link Light Rail for a quick, affordable ride to UW, downtown, Lumen Field, T-Mobile Park, or Sea-Tac Airport. It’s just $3.50 and trains run every 8 minutes, making your commute or game day a breeze.

Thornton Creek is wheelchair accessible and we have provided a wheelchair ramp, shower chair/toilet riser/grab bar for any disabled visitors with advanced notice.

We are dedicated to offering a comfortable and natural environment for all our visitors. Please note that some of our bedding contains down feathers, and our decor' includes natural elements. Because we are a natural environment, animals and insects can we seen on occasion. We have professional, environmentally friendly, pest control services monthly.

We support eco-friendly, sustainable, and environmentally-considerate purchases and practices wherever possible. We forgo single-use items such as Keurig coffee pods, use Brita pitchers for filtered water, and recycle extensively.

Exterior cameras are at the front door of each unit and another overlooking the parking area.. There are NO inside cameras. However, we do monitor for sound decibel levels, smoke, and number of people present.
