Great place to recuperate

Needed a comfortable place to stay after major surgery and this was a great location to do so. Able to have food delivered AND for my friend/caregiver to pick up needed items.

Fantastic Stay

Our stay was fantastic at this location. Charles was a wonderful person to have as a host and addressed any need that we had immediately. The townhome is in a very convenient area and we enjoyed everything about our stay!

Great getaway

We enjoyed this condo! The location was great. The access to the pool was a big bonus. Our son had fun fishing from the boardwalk which was super close to the unit.

Perfect Location

We stayed for a month while waiting to finalize the purchase of our new home. We are new to the area, and the condo in April Sound was the perfect location for us to get to know the area, and be close to the restaurants and shops. The condo was as advertised with a large open plan with a nice big kitchen, with full size laundry equipment. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were large.

Secure gated community

Charles was an excellent host who addressed any issues we had immediately. The location was not right on the lake but was just a short walking distance. April Sound has many amenities including large pools, hot tub, golf and tennis courts.The condo was clean and comfortable but could use some updates but overall was functional and met our needs. Thanks Charles!

Condo was clean but old. Bathrooms were very small. Couch needs replacing. Property owner was great. They need to upgrade & redo some areas. April Sound is beautiful. Right on the lake.

I stayed for 2 weeks and everything was as advertised. The condo was spacious. It had everything I needed to live comfortably. Internet worked flawlessly, TV worked well, showers & bathrooms had everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. Only issue was at check in. The guard house did not know who I was when checking in and sent me down to the clubhouse telling me someone there would meet me. No one was there so I called owner and he checked me into the place. Guard house needs to know who is coming and where they are staying as apparently there are a # of properties that someone could stay at. After there for a day I think it would be easy to indentify the property that your going to as they are all very well marked. Guard house should know this.

Close to HCA Conroe hospiral

My dad was hospitalized at HCA Conroe hospital and this was a perfect place to be close to family and hospital with a beautiful calm setting.

Lots of potential

This location had lots of potential as a space with lots of windows and spacious rooms. Decorated nicely. Needs a bit of TLC. Staying in a bottom floor apartment or condo is always fraught with the noise of footsteps above, of course, but an overall nice space.
