2 story, 3470 square foot property in Mineral Springs, Arkansas. 3 bedrooms and loft(1 king, 3 queens, bunk beds), 2 baths, stove, fridge, mini-fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coin operated pool table, foosball table, pinball machine, cruis’n game, change machine. Super fun, unique property.

Close to recreational activities, Murfreesboro diamond mine = 22 miles
Fishing: Millwood = 12 miles, Little Missouri River = 19 miles, Lake Greeson = 28 miles
Albert Pike = 43 miles. Has WiFi, smart Tv and TV with Roku

You can turn on the stereo receiver and blue tooth unit (long hold its power button) and stream your music from Spotify, etc.

WiFi password is on light switch by TV (highlighted) and on paper by TV so you can stream on the TV.

There’s also a dvd player if you want to bring some movies. There’s some older recorded movies, but the picture quality isn’t the greatest.

Adjust minisplit temps as needed with remotes.

Working on installing kitchen cabinets(completing trim) and added upper full walls for privacy in the loft bed (working on trim).

Driving game is free play, others take quarters.

Family wedding

Were in town for wedding and this place supplied everything we needed!! Lots of spaces for sleeping and games for entertainment!

Funky environment

This house had a very cool and funky environment. But the neighborhood did not seem great and there was not much to do.The beds were comfy and kids slept good. The place could use a good deep cleaning and dusting.

Thanks for the validation of offering a unique, cool and funky property. It’s definitely not a cookie cutter hotel stay. This is indeed a very quiet town with the Murfreesboro diamond mine and abundant outdoor activities nearby (lakes, rivers, trails, fishing, hunting, etc). We pride ourselves in Arkansas with a much slower pace with great outdoor opportunities, but much fewer big city offerings. We have never had any issues at our property and have security cameras outside the property for extra peace of mind. We personally clean the property after each guest. The uniqueness as an old hardware store comes at the cost of a more rustic property with worn floors, natural wood and tin surfaces. We don’t rent very often on Vrbo and are disappointed to receive our 1st 4 star review but are proud of our current 27 five star reviews on Abnb.

We will be back

We had a very great time everything was old school and classic like a old school bar or pool hall which I just absolutely loved my kids enjoyed the arcade game and you just had to win it over with the led Zeppelin pinball the pool table was in great shape wouldn't hurt to have a couple better cues but overall great stay we had a blast thank you very much for the opportunity we will be seeing you again next year thank you

Perfect for a guys trip

Everything from the decor to the amenities was everything we didn’t even know we needed for a guys trip. There was 8 of us and had more than enough room for both sleeping arrangements and entertainment in the property. I was first drawn in by the pool table and the huge stop light that seemed like a great atmosphere for our trip but to my surprise it got even better. There is built in Bluetooth speakers where we played our music while we played games. All the guys were obsessed with the retro pinball machine, driving arcade game, and quarter slot machine. Overall, I was impressed and every guy had a great time and requested to have another trip here. Even if you have nothing else on the agenda there is more than enough to do in the home to keep you entertained. If I had to choose again I would pick this place 5 times over.
