Private entrance, private bathroom. Kayaks river rentals 2 minutes drive, Skydive Sebastian 1 mile away, local boat rental & tours 10 minutes. Atlantic beaches are 20 minutes drive, Melbourne & Vero Beach seaside towns & farmer markets, airboat tours 30 minutes. Not to forget Nature park trails all around & Intracoastal waterfront restaurants & bars just 10 minutes away.
