The pet fee of $500 covers steam cleaning.  All pets must be approved by the owner prior to booking.  One dog is expected; more than that is not guaranteed.

A flat utility fee of $500 per month covers internet, hot tub, electric, gas, trash-recycling

Wifi is Xfinity. There is only Xfinity Cable on the living room television. All other televisions are web-only; meaning, you have to use apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, and others.
