• Please avoid parking on the grass as it is an HOA violation.
• Lawn Care:Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission
• Please do not open the garage mechanical door nor park your vehicle inside
• Mining Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies is prohibited. Claim will be made.
*There will be an inspection for quality and safety purposes conducted by a member of our team. If it happens to fall during your stay, we will notify you in advance. Guest presence is not mandatory during the inspection but inspection may be. Guest understands and agrees to access.
*Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city.We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances,but please understand that it is beyond our control.As such,we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages
