Your paradise awaits! Indulge in a well-deserved retreat at this luxurious, modern townhome nestled on the grounds of the country’s first crystal-clear Lagoon in Wesley Chapel, FL. Just a short 30-minute drive from Tampa, this remarkable 3-bedroom townhome promises a taste of "Heaven on Earth." Immaculate and spacious, this home is adorned with unique decor, featuring a one-car garage, three generously sized bedrooms all equipped with smart TVs, a cozy study/den area, a stunning all-white kitchen, and a back patio that unveils a mesmerizing water view.

With ten-foot ceilings, rounded corners, tile flooring on the first floor, and a gleaming white kitchen, this home encompasses everything you desire and more. The master bedroom boasts a roomy walk-in closet, a private bathroom with his/her sinks, a lake view, and a plush king-sized bed. The two additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds, ample closet and dresser space, and access to a full bathroom. For your convenience, a washer and dryer unit are situated on the second floor. The pristine white kitchen features an island and kitchen table for your dining pleasure. You can park your vehicle in the driveway or the private garage, providing direct access into the property. Additionally, a visitor lot is just a few steps away.

Please note that booking a stay at the townhome does not grant access to the Lagoon. Tickets for the Lagoon can be purchased at the Lagoon Gate entrance or online. Kindly be aware that the Lagoon tends to sell out quickly, including amenities such as cabanas. It is highly recommended to book and reserve your access accordingly.

As your host, I cannot guarantee entry into the Lagoon, but feel free to reach out to me via text or call anytime. I reside near the property and am readily available to promptly address any questions or concerns you may have.

The townhouse was in a nice neighborhood and walking distance to Starbucks, Publix and some restaurants. It had all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Courtney was excellent with communication. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

We had a fantastic experience at this property. The home was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Weekend getaway to visit the Lagoon

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It was a short walk to the lagoon (which was enjoyed by all - kids, parents and grandparents). The home was clean and exactly as described. Courtney was so quick to respond to question and accommodate all of my last minute updates to our reservation. Would absolutely stay again.

The condo showed wear and tear. Old carpets, old towels and walls need painting. It would have been nice to have a few more drinking glasses and dishes. A chair in each of the bedrooms would have been helpful too.

We enjoyed our stay very much. My daughter's homeschool field trip was at Epperson Lagoon, so the location was perfect. Very nice area! Courtney was really nice and helpful. She even gave us some suggestions for a nice evening out, which was really enjoyable If in the area again, we would definitely see if the property is available.

Great area, convenient location. We couldn’t get the TV upstairs to work and didn’t receive an answer from the host when we inquired. Additionally, the front area needs to be re-mulched because the earth underneath is extremely slick. We had 3 people fall at separate times with 1 minor injury. The driveway is tiny and cannot really accommodate more than 1 vehicle. I don’t know if I would call it “luxury” but it was nice.

I truly value every guest’s experience and am sorry to hear that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. I will personally inspect the TV to ensure it is functioning properly. Subsequent guests have not reported any issues, but I appreciate you bringing it to my attention so it can be verified. Regarding the yard, landscaping for the community is managed by the homeowners association’s contracted team. I will request that they add additional mulch to enhance the overall appearance. As noted in the listing, the home offers a one-car garage and driveway parking for a second vehicle, with ample complimentary visitor parking located throughout the community. Everything about this stay was great! The property was super nice, well maintained, and clean. The lagoon was awesome and kept my 5 kids ages 4-17 entertained all day. The host went above and beyond when I left behind some of my personal items to make sure I got them back as well as checked in during our stay to make sure everything was well at the property. Again, 10/10 recommend this property!

Nice home in a nice neighborhood perfect for families. However, the dishwasher was moldy and could not be used, so we made sure to clean all dish ware and kitchen items before we left by hand. It needs tending to. The cookware needs replacing. Pots have been used and abused as well as some cooking utensils. Looks like cookware and kitchen ware are just rinsed and put back before next guests arrive.BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS! There’s 3 provided and they are crusty! Not enough for a family to use and there are 3 bedrooms that could easily accommodate 6-7 people.

As a host, I do provide enough linen for the number of guests booked and work diligently to provided additional things upon request. I was unaware that you needed more items. I chose this neighborhood because I live in the area. I love it! It’s beautiful and has so much to offer. From the lagoon to beaches, city life, restaurants, farmland, shopping, entertainment, you name it; everything is a short drive away. Wesley Chapel has it all!

This newly built modern townhome is a great fit for any visitor. It’s comfortable, nicely decorated and within a great distance from many things in the area. It’s walking distance from the Epperson Lagoon which is a huge convenience. This home also has a beautiful lake view from the back patio.
