The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, utensils, and essentials, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Guests have full access to resort-style amenities, including a sparkling community pool, tennis courts, and pickleball equipment. Whether you're spending days on the white-sand beaches, exploring nearby golf courses, shopping, or dining at local favorites, this location is ideal for both leisure and business travelers.

*Pool Heating – temperature of the pools will vary depending on weather conditions. Colder nights/morning will result in longer times bringing the pool to a comfortable temperature. Pool heating does not run 24/7.
*Property essentials – we provide starter essentials for your stay. This includes paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags. Any additional items needed are the responsibility of the guest to acquire during their stay.
Electricity Use. Guests are allotted $75 per week of electricity use. Usage is monitored at arrival and when the guest leaves. Any overage will be charged at $0.20 per kwh.

• A fifteen-day advance booking notice is required.
• This is a second-floor unit and is accessible by stairs only.
• The ID of the individual booking the reservation must match the ID presented at check-in.
