Great property - beach situation cumbersome

House was amazing clean/well taken care of and great all around. The trek to beach is long and having to either wait 30 min for a bus or just walk it for a mile was a cumbersome process especially 3 times a day.

Great place/poor communication

Great place, clean, and had all the amenities listed. Within an hour of arriving, we noticed pet hair on the couch and rug, messaged two numbers as required as part of the check-in process and the VRBO message to owner. Didn't hear back until the next day. Catherine called apologizing about the communication error but did make the pet hair situation, right. The day before we left, we messaged again, all three numbers, requesting to extend our stay, Never heard back.

Fall Break

We loved the sidewalks throughout the neighborhood and the convenience of the shuttle and beach club. The house had everything we needed to cook at home and was located near fantastic restaurants. It was great not having to pack all of our beach gear!

Excellent location; felt right at home

We picked this rental since it was pet friendly and appeared to be cozy for our family and a couple of our kids’ friends. Not only was this place cozy indeed, it was extremely welcoming and had a great open concept with a huge kitchen, living area and screened in porch. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk to the beach and in fact we had access to the private club at the beach, which included a pool, restaurant and bar. We would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would keep in mind is that there are two pretty steep sets of stairs to get to the bedrooms so if you’re traveling with elderly pets or family members, it may be a little challenging.
