Nestled in the woods yet conveniently located near local amenities, this dreamy cottage blends comfort and charm in every corner.
Enjoy scenic views of a cattle pasture across the road—perfectly framed by the living room window.
The property includes lawns, a deck, and, garden seating, private wooded areas on multiple sides.
Please Note: A chiropractic office is located to the west side of the parking lot, with a growing tree barrier that provides only partial privacy at this time. The cottage sits just off a main road, and some traffic noise may be heard outside. However, guests have not reported this effecting their positive experiences.

I spent the first 18 years of my adult life serving as a Registered Nurse in various capacities throughout Sacramento, California.
