With four bedrooms, our family-friendly home provides ample space for everyone, whether you're here to soak up the sun, explore the waters, or simply relax and unwind, our home provides everything you need for a memorable getaway.

Step inside and discover a welcoming space designed for comfort and convenience. The open-concept living area invites you to kick back and relax after a day of lakeside fun. Sink into the cozy "cuddler" leather sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the 75 inch tv with surround sound, or gather around the dining table for a family meal or quick snacks in between lake excursions, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, including the basics coffee maker/toaster/tea kettle to a Ninja blender & margarita maker.

Outside, you'll find your own slice of paradise. Fire up the grill for a barbecue on the deck to enjoy, at the outdoor dining area furnished with Polywood furniture. With the marina just a short stroll away, you're never far from delicious pizza options with occasional live music, refreshing ice cream treats, and unique souvenirs at the gift shop. Bringing your own boat, no problem at all! Our provided onsite BOAT PARKING will provide plenty of space for boats of any size.

When it's time to rest and recharge, our cozy bedrooms offer comfortable bedding with cooling bamboo sheets. There's ample sleeping space, including a king-size bed, two queen bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom with twin beds for a comfortable night's sleep after a day of lakeside adventures.

INTERACTIONS WITH NATURE: We kindly ask our guests to enjoy their stay at Fairhaven Retreat while being mindful of the local wildlife. The surroundings of our property may attract various animals, including birds, squirrels, deer, and snakes. While these creatures add to the natural beauty of the area, we encourage caution and respect during encounters. Please refrain from feeding the animals and stay out of the wooded area, as there are snakes in the area.

Children are more than welcome. We love families! However, please be aware that the home is not "child proof", so watch those sharp corners, outlets, grill and the firepit area.
