Boutique detached house with exclusive use. A short 5 min. drive to the City but very peaceful. Large enclosed garden. High speed Wi-Fi. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles (no access to garage). Ideal City base for a couple, professional or family. Pets welcome (max. 1 furry friend per visit!).
Bedrooms - 1 double bed & 2 single beds. Desk & work space. Fully equipped kitchen-diner. Modern lounge & HDTV. High chair & travel cot.
Tesco metro, small cafe, petrol station & local butcher 5 min walk.
Enjoy the bustling city of Nottingham in our oasis away from the traffic and noise but with fast access to everything you need. After a recent complete renovation our guests enjoy the high speed wifi, desk space and cozy feel of our much loved place.

The combined central location, peace and perfect space for a family, business traveller and also a pet with the secure garden and green space to the front. And driveway parking so your car is off street and directly by the house. It is a very safe area in a bustling city with great bus routes, shops and facilities.
