気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
My wife and I booked a stay here and drove 2 hours from out of town for a family function. There were no instructions given to access the property, and when reaching out to the property manager I received no response. My wife called and he was unaware of our stay and said he would contact vrbo and get right back to us. A half hour passed and nothing. Tried calling 4 times and no answer (awesome)We called vrbo support and they informed us the suite had been double booked and that they would be relocating use with a full refund and credit towards a new stay, which sounded great, HOWEVER, after being on hold for nearly an hour, the relocation agent said they were unable to relocate us because it was too late to check into a property (awesome) so we were essentially on our own to figure it out where to stay. By this time we were so frushtrated that we left the function early and drove 2 hours back home. Essentially an evening we had planned months ago was ruined by this entire debacle. Thanks a lot 0/10
