This attractive and exclusive apartment in Munich West impresses with its spacious and inviting interior design and a roof terrace.

General information:

A lift and a short flight of stairs take you to the spacious, very bright and furnished two-room flat on the fifth floor. There are various well thought-out storage options in the spacious vestibule. The cloakroom offers plenty of space for jackets and coats. A glass door leads into the light-flooded living room. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the roof terrace, which takes up the entire width of the room.

Details of the lavishly furnished 2-bedroom apartment in Munich West:

The spacious designer kitchen adjoining the living room with dishwasher, hob and oven with microwave leaves nothing to be desired. Of course, all the necessary utensils for a longer stay are available.

There is a large dining table in the room, which invites you to linger next to the large sofa. In good weather, you can relax or work on the large roof terrace. A large sun blind provides pleasant shade in summer and can be extended and retracted electrically.

In the large spa-like bathroom with window, you can choose between a bathtub or a rain shower. There is plenty of space for your toiletries. Towels are of course provided for you and can be preheated on the towel warmer. A washing machine is available in a neighbouring storage room. A coin-operated tumble dryer can be used in the basement of the house if required.

The spacious bedroom offers a comfortable 1.60 metre wide box-spring bed and plenty of storage space for your clothes. Bed linen is also provided.

There is a small supermarket for daily needs on the ground floor of the building. In addition to good local medical care, there are several restaurants in the neighbourhood. There is also a bakery, a drinks market and a pharmacy. The underground (U5) right next door takes you to Munich city centre (Karlsplatz Stachus) in under 10 minutes. Of course, there are also schools, kindergartens and leisure facilities within walking distance.
