Solana Spanish Villas is a private estate with Resort-Style Amenities, such as heated pool, pickleball court, fire pit, pond & dock, walking paths, garden chess, basketball hoop and family games. Comforts of home, perfect secluded location nestled within mature trees, green grass and desert wildlife.

The villa features one comfortable bedroom equipped with essential bedding for restful nights. The pull-out sofa bed in the living area accommodates additional guests, making it suitable for small families or couples. The modern decor and calming atmosphere add to the overall charm of the space.

✔ Free parking on premises. Villa has 2 designated parking spaces. Large parking available for RV's and trailers available, please coordinate with the host.

✔ EV charger: Available onsite. Universal charging port with Tesla adaptor available.
✔ Laundry: Access to our free shared laundry facilities with complimentary detergent, etc.

PETS: We are a dog friendly mini resort. A pet fee for each dog, per stay is required with a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. No cats or other pets are allowed. Only non-aggressive dog breeds under 55 pounds are allowed. Aggressive breeds, including but not limited to Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Doberman Pinschers, are strictly prohibited.

NOTE: Host/homeowner lives on the property, in a completely separate house.

The space is designed for comfort, making it an ideal retreat for couples or small families. Please note that some facilities are shared, including the laundry facility. Check in details are emailed 24 hours before arrival. Each villa is equipped with privately coded access lock systems allowing for check in ease at your convenience.
