This remodeled condo is located directly on Lake Superior with rare water access, incredible sunrise views, and private shoreline at Rocky Point Cove and Flood Bay. Perfect for couples, girls' trips, and solo travelers exploring the North Shore’s hiking trails, state parks, and scenic coastline.

Direct Shoreline Access

A short walk across the grassy yard takes you to the rocks where you can dip your toes in the lake, fish, launch a kayak or paddleboard, or simply watch the waves. The shoreline is beautiful year-round, especially during winter wave season.

Our Story

We purchased Water’s Edge in June 2024 after falling in love with this stretch of shoreline and encountering a family who was ready to pass their Lakehome on to the next owner. The location, lake access, and views make this place truly special on the North Shore.

Additional Notes

• Max 4 guests (HOA rule — extra guest/cleaning fee will apply if necessary)
• No pets (owner has severe allergy)
• Direct water access requires caution along the shoreline and rocks

What a terrific location. We loved the decor and all the little touches that made our stay so pleasant. The kitchen was really well-stocked, the shower was fabulous, and the whole condo was so comfortable. It was even better than the pictures. We will be back!

Beautiful property and beautiful view! Great location to head back to Duluth or further up the shore. We could have sat on the deck and listened to the waves all day! Unit had everything we needed and the shower was fabulous! Hosts were easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly.

This condo checked all of the boxes for us! The location was perfect; just outside Two Harbors and close to beaches and Gooseberry Falls. The view was amazing and we loved exploring along the shore right outside the condo. The condo had everything we needed to cook meals and grill right there. Our kids (and us) loved having access to the outdoor pool and hot tub as well as many walking trails. We can't wait to come back again!

Great location!

We were in town for a family event and stayed one night, our kids stayed in the bedroom and my husband and I slept on the couch. Views were fantastic and I wish we would have had more time to explore the area! Minutes from Two Harbors, so not a big deal to run in to town if needed. The condo was quiet and felt like a cabin in the woods. Host was fantastic and responsive. 5 stars!

Great Property Fantastic View

We had a great four night stay as the property was exactly as listed and the view out the window was even better in person. We enjoyed walking the trails that were right out the door and looking for agates at Flood Bay beach. We had plenty to do between Two Harbors and all the parks that were less than an hour away.

View and Privacy

This place is amazing, highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay on the North Shore. First our host was attentive and made sure we were well cared for if anything came up during our stay. The place was clean and decorated nicely with little touches like books on agate hunting. The view was spectacular and I wish we spent more time enjoying it but there’s always so many things I like to do while visiting the North Shore. Lastly the location was phenomenal! Close enough to Two Harbors for restaurants but not a far drive for visiting the state parks. Also with it being in a condo community it felt private and secluded. I can’t wait to visit again and highly recommended!

Sister's Road Trip!

My sister and I spent 3 nights at the Water's Edge. It met our needs perfectly! The condo is tastefully decorated and has a beautiful view of Lake Superior. There is direct access to the water. Located close to town for convenience to everything!

Waters Edge Get Away *4.5

We were wowed as soon as we walked in the door! The view was jaw dropping and condo comfy and chic. Free parking, stocked kitchen utensils, blow dryer, bathroom essentials and more. The two biggest downsides were one, we brought our own wood and paper, but had no kindling to use burning stove on our one cold night, and two the upstairs guests partied during the weekend and there was no way to file a complaint - we heard them for several hours off and on from 10pm-3am. We seemed to have been unlucky with that, but overall stay and place was amazing. Overall rating 4.5/5!

We enjoyed our visit to Water’s Edge condo. The renovated bathroom and other modern updates made our stay luxurious. Kitchen was well appointed and the whole place was super clean. The view from the property is stunning. We enjoyed seeing migrating birds along with the loon, deer and other critters that are friendly neighbors. We like access to both the quiet cove with rocky shoreline and well as the beach on the other side of the peninsula. We’ll be back!

This condo was right on Lake Superior, with steps to rocks along the lake. A wall of windows looking toward the lake created a constantly awesome presence of the lake. The condo itself was very comfortable and attractive. I loved the three nights I had there and hated to leave. I look forward to coming back. This was a truly great find!

Amazing North Shore location

A little slice of heaven! Right on the water near a sweet little point. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The owners put a lot of love into it and have plans for additional renovations. We had perfect weather and the colors were spectacular. 5 stars; HIGHLY recommend!

What a wonderful experience we encountered. This was a perfect place to come home to after a day of exploring the state parks and other attractions in the area. The condo was easy to find, very quiet and comfortable. The view outside does not disappoint. Waking up to the sun rising over the lake and enjoying our morning coffee was the perfect way to start our day. Thank you to the owners for sharing this little oasis.

Awesome Stay!

Had a great week on the shores of Lake Superior. The view of Lake Superior in the morning/evenings were spectacular, from the deck, the couch or the kitchen! We loved the convenient location to hiking, great food and all that the area has to offer. Water's Edge has a well stocked kitchen, comfy furniture and all the comforts of home. We spent our days exploring Duluth, Two Harbors, Grand Marias and the surrounding areas, and loved ending the day with a lakeside fire. We will definitely be back.

October get away

Beautiful spot, so close to the water for a quiet time on the rocks listening and watching the waves. The condo had everything you would ever need. Very cozy spot for indoors and outdoors on the deck. We would go back in a minute. Nice to be so close to Two Harbors. Castle danger brewing is awesome and super one grocery store has everything you can imagine

Grant and Leah here, from Central Iowa. We travel to the North Shore several times every year and recently came upon the opportunity to purchase a lake home in our beloved Two Harbors area. The dream has been to have a homebase here with the potential to move up north full time, or at least spend part of the year as our small businesses in Iowa allow. The location and amenities are to-die-for and we are still pinching ourselves that this is ours. We hope you'll love it just as much, we'd love to invite our guests back year over year! We are new VRBO hosts and welcome your gentle feedback. We chose to open up our home so that it could be enjoyed when we are unable to ourselves. It's a special place that deserves to be full of others who appreciate it.

Grant is an Eagle Scout who loves wildlife, adventure, agate hunting and being off the grid. Meanwhile, Leah is more of a city kid and is more "outside-y" than outdoorsy. This area checks all of the boxes and keeps us both happy! After Leah’s bout with cancer in 2023, we’re more motivated than ever to follow our joy and we hope this place inspires the same for you.

Leah doesn't love being too far away from town: shops, restaurants, hustle and bustle, see and be seen. Our lake home sits on the outskirts of town, so less than a 5 minute drive to anything you need in Two Harbors. However, the property feels remote because it's on a wooded and rocky point with hiking, wildlife, and surrounded by beauty and tranquility. Just off Hwy 61 making it easily accessible to the rest of North Shore, snowmobile and snowshoe trails. The neighbors are all very friendly and will chat if stopped, but folks keep to themselves as we all seem to be there for R&R. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with ample parking and lots of amenities; it really is a crowd-pleaser place!
