Upon entering the home, there is a staircase immediately inside the front door leading either upstairs or downstairs. Guests will need to use stairs to access all living areas. If you have mobility concerns, please be aware that this property may not be ideal for your stay.

This charming split-level home and spacious backyard are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. However, please note that this property has three separate units, each with its own private outdoor area. While these spaces are detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside. If you’re looking for a more private experience or need an extra bedroom or two, you’re welcome to add the additional spaces to your reservation! Feel free to contact us for pricing.

While your backyard is fully enclosed and private, there are private patio areas designated for the guest homes behind the main house, separated by your backyard fence to clearly designate your area.

★ SHARED PARKING ★
Parking is shared among all guests on the property. You are allowed to park up to 4 vehicles in the front driveway. There is a side overflow parking on the west side of the home that is designated for the guests in the guesthouses. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

★ PET-FRIENDLY ★
This home is pet-friendly! We love to accommodate your furry friends and charge a $25 pet fee per stay. Enjoy your stay with us and feel free to bring along your pets!

The house and yard are exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay. Relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

Please note that there are two other guest homes on the property so the parking and outdoor walkways are shared spaces.

We aim to give our guests space to enjoy their stay while staying readily available to help when needed. During regular waking hours, we typically respond within an hour via the Airbnb platform.
If you reach out between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please note that non-urgent messages may not be answered until morning. For urgent issues during this time, we ask that you call us directly rather than message. If it’s very late, you may need to call more than once to wake us.

★ SHARED PARKING ★
Please note that while the home and the backyard are private and exclusively yours, the parking area is a shared space with guests in the two guest-homes that are also located on the property.

★ LARGE GROUPS OF 10+ ★
Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. For any additional guests beyond this number, a fee of $20 per person, per day will apply. This fee helps cover the extra cleaning and wear and tear on the property. If you’re planning to bring more than 10 guests, you must reach out to confirm with me in advance.

★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME ★
You’re welcome to bring along your furry family members! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, you must include all pets in your reservation and complete the pet fee payment prior to check-in.

Even though we allow pets, you can still expect the same high standards of cleanliness as a non-pet-friendly rental. Our cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every guest arrives to a fresh and spotless home.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will incur a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

★ YARD CARE, SNOW REMOVAL & EXTERIOR ACCESS NOTICE ★

Our yard care team services the property every other weekend from March through November, which may fall on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Because their route and timing can vary, we’re unable to guarantee exactly when they’ll arrive—so guests should assume a visit will occur during their stay if it overlaps with a scheduled weekend.

If this would be a concern during your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can attempt to reschedule their visit.

From December through February, our snow removal team may access the exterior of the property as needed, depending on weather conditions. This may occur at any time, including early mornings or late evenings, to ensure safe access to the property.

Please also be aware that the hosts, maintenance workers, yard care crew, or snow removal team may be present on the exterior of the property at any time during your stay. While we always aim to provide notice when possible, there may be occasions when this is not feasible. By booking, guests acknowledge and accept the possibility of
