Steps to Northstar Village! It's the only luxury, pet-friendly home with a private hot-tub, a fenced-in yard, and access to the Northstar Rec. Center and the Village Swim/Fitness Center. Walk to the lifts and gondolas! Plus access to Schaeffer's Camp at the top of the mountain or the Tahoe Mtn. Club in the Village. All 4 bedrooms are ensuite with full bathrooms. Stocked kitchen, amazing coffee/tea bar, snacks, outdoor dining table w/ fire pit, BBQ, EV chargers in garage, parking for 8 cars. 1 dog max, $95 pet fee + additional deposit.

Incredibly comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchens, fluffy towels, free toiletries, good coffee, games, extra bedding, plenty of essentials like paper towels, detergent, etc. and lots of other stuff that will delight you. You will only want to stay at my places:-)
Clean & Cozy
I’m a clean freak. My kids can’t stand it but my renters LOVE it! I have the highest standards for my cleaners who clean our rental properties. And we use the highest quality cleaning supplies. You will find your property to be sparkling clean when you arrive.
100% Immediate Response Rate
I am on-call for you 24/7 from the second you book the reservation. I’m totally available anytime before, during, and after your stay. I answer all questions immediately and provide a ton of personalized info and recommendations.

You can walk to the Northstar Village where you catch the lift or gondola to go up the mountain to ski or ride! The Village is awesome! It has restaurants, stores, a skating rink, a movie theater, fire pits, gear rental, small grocery store and more. The Highlands Gondola which goest to the Northstar Ritz Carlton is even a shorter walk, just 2 min from the property.

It is the ONE and ONLY property that is within walking distance of the Northstar Village (3 min walk) and is pet-friendly, has a fenced-in yard and has a private hot-tub! There is no other property like it! It feels like a house with a long driveway and front yard but it's shocking it's so close to the Northstar Village!
