The open and stylish dining room leads right into the brand new, custom kitchen which has been thoughtfully furnished to meet your every need.
With art adorning the walls, our rich hardwood floors, and so much natural light from the windows, this home brings a unique and tasteful touch to Tulsa’s Midtown area. The cozy ambiance is due to our intentional, luxurious furnishings and amenities throughout each room. Both bedrooms feature large Smart TV’s and ample closet/storage space.
Notice the large front porch and porch swing perfect for enjoying the sunrise or sunset! Plus, the spacious backyard with string lights to set all the vibes. 6 person Hot Tub!
We provide a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience as well as all new kitchen appliances.
One of our favorite things about this property is the art and the beautiful light fixtures. As you make your way through the hallway, you will feel as if you are walking through a gallery.

Peaceful and clean

The house was extremely clean. It had a very calming nature to it! We were really surprised by the little putting green! We love golf so it was a nice bonus!! Hot tub was amazing and clean! We will be back! It’s the perfect lil place to stay!

Great Stay in Tulsa

We had a great stay while visiting TU. The house was adorable, very clean, and so close to campus. We would not hesitate to return if we are back in Tulsa!

Expo Center Event Stay

We had an event at the Expo Center over Thanksgiving and wanted to stay at a house nearby. This house was tucked in a nice, quiet neighborhood, 6-10 minutes from everything we wanted to do. Nicely decorated, all needed kitchen amenities, plus coffee and even blankets and pillows for the pull out couch bed. A nice sunny house with a lovely front porch to have morning coffee. We really enjoyed our stay!

I was very impressed with this VRBO listing. Everything was clean and it was exactly as listed, plus some extra bonuses like the lights strung in the backyard. Cute neighborhood & the owner was very attentive. Would definitely recommend for a bachelorette or fun getaway. Beds were also very comfortable.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our time here. The neighborhood is adorable eventhough the homes are closer then I anticipated. Everything was beautiful inside and out. I felt like I was at home. Thank you for keeping the property simple it was easy to distinguish what was mine bra yours at check out. Home was beautiful.

Such a Cozy, Charming Space!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property...it's hard to know where to start. Everything was very clean and inviting - truly the best VRBO I've ever stayed in for cleanliness. It is in such a great location - a very lovely neighborhood and an easy walk to University of Tulsa. The floorplan and decor are so cozy! The furnishings and artwork are all expertly curated to create a space that feels like you are visiting a good friend - a wonderful mix of reclaimed vintage and modern. And lastly, the little details made our visit even more special - thick towels, large screen TVs in the bedrooms, captivating artwork throughout, and even a Christmas tree. It was a high-end space, and I hope to stay again in the future.

A delightful stay

From beginning to end, this was a top-notch rental experience. The home is charming, well-furnished and tidy. It is warm and welcoming, equipped with all one needs for that "home away from home" feel. I enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and slept well. A few faves; the ambient bedroom lighting, the extra blankets sprinkled around, the setup in the backyard, all the mirrors, the openness of the space and plenty more. The host Zach was friendly and communicative, promptly responding to my messages (and accommodating for my extension requests!) He set the bar high for my subsequent VRBO rentals. I hope to return to this sweet spot one day!
