The master bedroom features a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom and has a partial sea-view. The second bedroom features twin beds and the third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed, allowing a comfortable stay for up to 6 adults in the apartment.
The location is easily accessible with the tram and has numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Guests can also access the water sports at The Beach and various festivals and The Walk.

Amwaj is a prime development prominently located at the beachfront of the Hotel and Retail belt of JBR. It is the most sought tower with direct access to the beach along with a panoramic view of the Jumeirah Beach, Jumeirah Walk, and Marina Walk. The residents of the tower have direct access and proximity to the hotel facilities, retail outlets, and numerous shopping arcades. Travelling is easy as 24/7 taxi services are provided with the tram and metro stations at walking distance from the location.
Getting around this area couldn’t get easier with a 24/7 taxi service at reasonable prices. Uber and Careem services are just a call away. Whereas, the tram stations and metro stations are within a 5-minute walk of the towers that allow easy access to Marina, JBR, Sheikh Zayed Road, and other important sites in the emirate.

As per UAE law starting from 1st of January 2018 there will be 5% VAT (value added tax) implemented in addition to the tourism fees, which would be collected at the time of check-in.

This property requires a ﺩ.ﺇ2,500.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by the property upon your arrival and will be fully refunded, should there be no damage to the property.
The deposit will be refunded within 7 working days and via bank transfer.
