clean, warm and lovely home, .quiet street. beautiful park up the street that is perfect for families, games and dog walking. very convenient to downtown ferndale and 75. Lovely accommodations. Great street parking and driveway. Would stay again. Highly recommended.

Clean and Comfortable

Really enjoyed our stay here in this cozy space, We were in town for a wedding and was the perfect convienient location, The home was quiet had a clean fenced yard and the kitchen was stocked with quality kitchen essentials. Bathrooms were clean and also well stocked. The surrounding community was very pleasent to visit with many places to eat , shop and enjoy.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay at this house. It’s such a cute house and with 3 bedrooms we fit perfectly. 2 bathrooms was so nice to have. The house is located steps from a park with a walking path too! The owner was very responsive when I needed him.

Great stay. Cozy and clean.

Very clean and comfortable at a reasonable price and in a quiet neighborhood. We had 3 adults and stayed 6 nights, the last week of Jan/2025. Had a couple of initial concerns that were immediately addressed to our satisfaction by the host. Very happy with the stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Ideal for family friends

Nice place! We appreciated the well-thought-out renovations and nice aesthetic touches throughout the home. The layout provides a back bedroom and bath for privacy if traveling with friends or extra family. The backyard has nice seating to sit with a cup of coffee and a book in the morning while waiting for everyone to wake up. We enjoyed our stay and felt comfortable and safe.

Quiet & Convenient

Our stay was quiet and cozy, it was also convenient to everything. Grass needed to be cut. Could have used a TV in the other bedrooms. Overall I enjoyed the stay and will use it in the future.

Home for a funeral

My husband and I came home for a family funeral. There was so many of us trying to stay in such a small space that my husband and I decided we would just try to rent a home for the weekend. This cozy three bedroom two bathroom home was so perfect. The host was amazing and the communication was outstanding!! I would definitely recommend

Great little home 15 mins from downtown Detroit. Very clean, just missing a few things like extra rolls or TP and PT, hand soap and basics like salt and pepper shakers. Bedroom at front of house tends to be quite cold too. Otherwise... no complaints! Had a great 4 day stay!
