Unit 1 - Copper - Pinal Creek East - private yard - wifi - central location

This property was formally one huge house that was recently converted into 5 separate apartments. This particular unit is Unit 1 with street parking right in front of a private courtyard with a BBQ. The Unit itself has an open concept with a large Livingroom and Kitchen. There is one bedroom with a king bed and a second smaller bedroom with a futon. The bathroom is also spacious with a shower in it. These units are updated but managed to keep its 1900 charm. This is technically 2 bedrooms however the second room is small and only has a futon. There is also a rollaway cot that will fit in the second room or the livingroom.

*no washer/dryer currently; we are working on getting them installed*

**Please note that this is unit 1 of 5. There may be other tenants in other units during your stay. This unit does not have a tub; only a shower.

**Parking for this unit is right in front of the courtyard for this unit. It is street parking for 1 vehicle ONLY.**

Host was nice enough to let me check in early, but also paid for the last night that I didn't stay. Home was okay but holes in the walls should be addressed. My two biggest pet peeves were discovered at this house. I think a new sponge should be given to new guests, still in the wrapper because nobody wants to use used sponge, and this one was clearly months old. And the second the bathroom rug should be washed between guests. This one hadnt been washed in months. Also I found that the front entry door to the yard didnt close. When I put out my dogs I had to put a chair next to the door just to secure them. Also many doors in the house either were hard to close or the bottom dragged on the floor because they werent aligned properly.

The apartment was very nice. Parking on the steep street was a bit of an issue for a new knee replacement. I would have appreciated a washer and dryer, other than that it was a very accommodating place for two people.

Place was cozy and nice. Pretty to be in. Fenced in area gave a nice sense of privacy. The host was very responsive and helpful. She was the best!

Third time last two time had to contact host to get in. The pots and pans need to be replaced. No salt or pepper or sugar at coffee bar. No glass wear only plastic to drink from . No water from dispenser in refrigerator. Towels were old and rough and thin. We really like the place just needs some TLC.

We've stayed here twice now when visiting the lake and love it way more than a traditional hotel! The condo has been updated and It's more economical and spacious than any of the hotels, with a separate bedroom for the kids, a good size kitchen and even living area. The owner is very responsive and was able to make arrangements to have the a/c turned on before we arrive(which we recommend).

Easy, clean property!

The inside was very clean, all the amenities you would need. Fresh towels, soap, shampoo, etc. We walked into town multiple times, easy distance to grocery shopping, restuarants, coffee shop!Communication with host was spot on....quick & responsive.*Parking on hill, fyi.downward, so be aware.

Everything we needed

Stayed here for a quick 4 day climbing trip to surrounding areas including Atlantis, the pond, and the homestead. Wonderful location to access these crags. The rental had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy some Netflix after a day of climbing. We had a few issues come up, but the owner was very attentive, responsive, and prompt in communication and addressing the issues. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would recommend.

Not cleaned but resolved

Check in was easy. Good spot close do downtown. When we got there. The sheets werent cleaned and the towels were on the foor. Got a hold of the property manager and the problem was resolved quickly.
