Welcome to our luxurious modern home, perfect for family getaways and relaxing retreats. This haven boasts a spacious outdoor area equipped with a Hot Tub, Tiki Bar, TV, Games & Hammock Chairs ensuring endless fun and relaxation. Located near the water, you'll have easy access to Beach Outings, Boating, Kemah Boardwalk, Restaurants, Entertainment & More. Our beautifully designed space offers a seamless blend of elegance and comfort, providing an unforgettable experience for all guests.
Upon arrival, you'll step into the welcoming family/living area, adorned with a plush Queen Sleeper Sofa, creating an enticing space for relaxation and socializing. The gourmet kitchen showcases a chic island with seating for four, perfect for casual dining and mingling.
Adjacent to this is the elegant dining room, accommodating six guests comfortably, ideal for memorable meals and get-togethers.
The first bedroom upon entering the home features bunk beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom, providing both convenience and coziness.
The second bedroom features a Queen Bed and connects to a Jack and Jill bathroom, seamlessly combining privacy with accessibility.
Guests will also discover another full bathroom with a shower/tub combination for added convenience.
Moving forward, you'll find the third bedroom boasting a King Bed with its own private entrance to the patio.
Lastly, you'll encounter the Luxurious Primary Suite, featuring a King Bed and a private entrance to the patio deck. Its ensuite bathroom epitomizes luxury with a full bath, separate shower, standalone bathtub, and double vanities.
Outside, the outdoor area features a propane grill, a Tiki bar equipped with a TV and refrigerator, a gas fire pit with a propane tank, two seating areas, and various games suitable for all ages. We love being by the water and visiting the beaches. We enjoy going to Kemah Boardwalk to watch the boats pass by.It brings us joy to watch boats pass by at The Seabrook area offers great fishing spots, and we love how easy it is to get to Houston or Galveston. There's so much to do around here—amazing restaurants, entertainment, or just relaxing!
