Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owner's closet and downstairs suite at one of the cabins) via keypad entry

Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old

*Up to 2 dogs are allowed for every property - $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog

- Please note that there are a total of 4 cameras. 3 in 140 and 1 in 115.
- 4WD required in winter
- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors
- Parking for 6 cars max. Street parking allowed: For 2 vehicles in 115. Parking Pass Required: Parking available on both sides of property and in front of home of 140.

GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.

Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $55 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out.

The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
