🔊 Noise Monitor: Non-recording sensor to ensure quiet hours compliance. Security system installed, no need to activate

Booking Requirements
The booking guest must be 24+ years old, provide valid ID, and remain on-site for all overnights
Reservations made on behalf of others are not permitted

Tampering or disabling devices results in immediate eviction and a $500 fine
