We had the best time this weekend in the RV. We were all comfortable and everything worked great. We enjoyed sitting outside looking up at the stars/planets every night. We had an app and could identify what we were viewing in the sky. Amazing open space to watch the sunset too. Perfect location and very peaceful. Highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to get away from it all but still be close enough to Fredericksburg in about 15 minutes. And the owner was very attentive-checking on us everyday to make sure we had what we needed and were comfortable.

A breath of fresh air!

This was the best place to get out of the city, away from crowded campgrounds and under a fantastic dark sky full of stars. The sizeable RV was clean with a working refrigerator/freezer, microwave, stove and oven, shower, had modern amenities such as heated recliners, LED lighting, built in USB ports by the bedside and had everything we needed to stay comfortably in the country. My family had a great time exploring the grounds and lounging by the campfire while stargazing. The host Kevin was most accommodating and went above and beyond to help with any questions that popped up. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from it all to relax!

Matthew his kids and wife were awesome. They even set up their own tent for the kids to really get to experience the outdoors. I really enjoyed getting to meet them and can't wait for them to come back and stay again. They cleaned up the property thoroughly and left the RV looking amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
