Not as expected
This property is run down. We showed up and the gate wasnt locking properly with an unknow time frame for repairs which made us feel unsafe for a number of reasons, including we have small children. It’s also Werth to note that the penthouse is very open and unsafe on a site on a third floor, which is not for children. Upon arrival, the property manager was not even sure if our room had been cleaned properly and the room was not ready, even though he showed up an hour after check in time. We also went to look at the pool and it was green and not maintained, which is one of the reasons why we booked this property because our children love to swim. We did not end up staying at this property because we felt it was unsafe and it was not as advertised. Be advised.
