It's the tiniest tiny home we've ever been in. To call this a tiny home would be an overstatement. It's more like a shoe box. When the fold out bed comes out you can't walk around it, you have to walk on top of the bed to get around. If you've ever been in a cruise ship inside cabin, this is even smaller than that. Fortunately for us we were visiting family so didn't stay there long and only to sleep at night. My husband said it's more appropriate as housing for transient people. PROS * clean * good wifi CONS * it's in a crowded RV park * very near other people which at the time was somewhat quiet.. if you pass gas they will probably hear you * TINY room * bed mattress was about an inch thick with springs under * needs more storage. Put some hooks and shelves in the walls

We chose this neighborhood because Cottonwood RV Park is family-owned business started by my grandfather, which gives the property a welcoming and personal atmosphere. We also have a hands-on property manager who is involved with the day-to-day activities and helps make sure the property is well cared for. We love being part of a place where there is a sense of community and people genuinely care about the experience guests have.

Our property offers a peaceful, low-key atmosphere in a rural town that’s growing. Most of the other tenants are either retired or are traveling to work in Los Lunas, creating a quiet community where everyone respects each other’s space and privacy. It’s a great place to relax, slow down, and enjoy a comfortable stay away from the noise and busyness of the city—while still being close to the area’s growing businesses and attractions.
