コンドミニアムには、オーシャンフロントの景色を望む2つのベッドルームがあります。それぞれにシャワー付きの専用バスルームが付いています。メディアルームセクショナルソファはツインベッド2台で構成され、シャワー付きの専用バスルームがあります。 メディアルームのセクショナルは、おそらく1人の子供またはティーンエイジャーに最適です。 注：コンドミニアムは10歳以上の子供に最適です。 グリル付きの大きな海に面したバルコニーは、ユニットの前面全体に広がっています。 メディアルーム、マスター、2番目のベッドルームに衛星テレビがあります。 信じられないほどの眺め!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our host Todd, was very accommodating, sending us directions from the airport, parking instructions at the condo and access codes prior to our departure.

Pretty much perfect

So many good things to say about this place. Communication was great. The details and prior reviews were spot on. We loved the location and the views were spectacular. The condo itself was beautiful, spacious and well stocked. We plan to visit again and have already recommended this place to friends and family.

South shore beauty

The south shore of PV is a quiet, classy and laid back destination, and Todd's condo is the quintessential example of that. Everything you ever need is in the condo...if not, Alfredo your concierge will find it for you. The pool, beach chairs, beach club made for relaxing days. It's a quick Uber or cab to PV if you want the stimulation. Stayed for 3 weeks...could have used another! Thanks Todd.

Best Vacation Ever

This stay was our best and most relaxing vacation we ever had. The condo was beautiful with everything you would ever need ! It was our first time staying a bit further away from town but now we prefer this location.With a beautiful beach at your door step, multiple pools, and a beach bar for your hunger cravings.They even make the pizza sauce from scratch when you order. We also used the BBQ on our balcony a few times. Alfredo was very helpful and we also used the convenience of the grocery delivery. We can’t wait to come back. Ubers were easy to get and also Todd the owner was very easy and fast to communicate with.Thank you for the use of your beautiful home !

Holiday with the family

This condo at Sierra del Mar Los Arcos was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean, well-equipped, and exactly like the pictures. The location is beautiful and we were lucky enough to see whales every day of our trip. We're looking forward to planning our return visit.

perfect location to get away from it all

The views, the owner, the on-site property manager, the condo, the club on property, the staff…everything was great. Definitely recommend. Have them get the groceries before you arrive.

Sublime property and team

The property condition, layout and features are hard to beat. Add the view and the owner and support team and you have the ingredients for a perfect stay. We found our expectations exceeded at every turn, whether due to owner flexibility and responsiveness or the onsite team accommodating our requests. This is a pretty magical place to stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

Luxury on the Ocean Front

Such a great stay at Todd’s property. We could see whales and dolphins jumping right from the balcony. We had our kids with us and the place was perfect for fun family time. It’s a bit of a ride to get to town but Uber comes out there so it worked out well. We enjoyed cooking for ourselves in the fully equipped kitchen. The place was beautiful.

Very Impressive

Our "all adult" family stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! (Mom, Auntie and 3 young adults) Fantastic condo with first class amenities, and a short Uber or bus ride to everything else. It's about 20 minutes outside of Old Town and close to Mismoloya Beach and the Bocca Trail hiking area. It was seamless to get where-ever we wanted to go. Huge thanks to Todd and Alfredo for making everything perfect for us!

Bliss on a beach

Gorgeous condo perched above the ocean. Exceptional facilities and staff. We even met some owners who shared some of the history and made recommendations for things to see and do. Spend your days on the deck taking in the view or lay about at the beach with a margarita in hand. Todd was also a most accommodating host -- everything went smoothly because of his attention to detail. Hasta luego!

Perfect

This Condo was absolutely amazing! Furnished perfectly, great spacious kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and veranda. I wouldn't change a thing about it. The infinity pools were also perfect. Todd was very helpful and thorough in all the directions and details of the condo. The beach club had great ceviche, drinks and breakfasts. Nothing negative to write, they have a nice little gym and perfectly quiant beach that is small enough to keep a safe eye on your kids. My 12 and 10 year old kids were in heaven. We kayaked out to Los Arcos early every morning before all the big tourist boats came in, way more peaceful!!!

Perfect Week!

Our only hesitation about writing this review is that we want to keep this beautiful property to ourselves. We have been traveling to Puerto Vallarta regularly for the past twenty years. Have stayed in hotels and rented houses - from Punta Mita to Mismaloya. Have stayed at the Four Seasons, the St. Regis, Garza Blanca, and rented houses in the hills of Conchas Chinas. Not a single visit has ever come close to our stay at this property. From the beautiful architecture, to the well-appointed condo, the beautiful beach club, the pools, and private beach. Everything was exceptional. The concierge service was top notch and the owner was responsive, caring and sensitive to our needs and expectations. Cannot wait to visit again.

Luxurious holiday

Condo was clean, well equipped on every level, exactly as pictured on the website. Both Todd and Jorge communicated efficiently. Our flight was delayed but Jorge arranged transportation to be waiting at the airport and he met us at the condo. The groceries we ordered were in the condo on our arrival. Top notch service! Cleaning service was excellent. We enjoyed watching the whales from our balcony. The only disappointment was the lack of sun on our balcony and our pool area. All in all a wonderful experience!

Breath of heaven!

I have to re-iterate what the previous reviewer had to say! The condo is beautiful. The nano doors opening onto the large balcony create the feeling of being right on the ocean! No detail has been overlooked, and it is very easy to spend the entire time in the condo, or on the property. The beach and pools are immaculately maintained and extremely private, used mainly by the owners. Not a vendor in sight! Beautiful hiking nearby and easy access to PV, Mismaloya and Boca via the bus (every 10 minutes for 80 pesos!) or taxi. I have waited to write this review, as I selfishly would have liked to keep this property secret!

Absolutely Exceptional!

Todd's condo is terrific. It is in a great location, is beautifully furnished, extremely well equipped and had all of the amenities we needed for our vacation. We enjoyed a week at this condo using the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub and relaxing on the balcony which has stunning views of the Pacific. The neighbors in the building were very friendly and Fabiola at the condo office provided excellent assistance. She booked Rhythms of the Night for us. She also organized a panga rental for the day and we enjoyed snorkeling at Majahuitas and ceviche at Tres Amigos on the beach in Yelapa. Todd was an outstanding owner to work with and provided us with good information in advance. We have stayed in VRBO properties in various parts of the world and this was our best stay yet. We recommend Todd's condo without reservation.

What a nice time being here!

My wife and I booked for ten days and wished it was for ten months! Check-in was easy, Concierge made sure it was. It took us exactly six seconds to settle in, get our shorts on and get down to the pool. Indirect sun here this time of year as we do not seek it out. otherwise. Easy to get used to the Club and private restaurant. While we only used the master bedroom, the place is spacious and the view from the lanai is heaven. Every day, we would head down to the protected beach cove, throw on some PFD's and just float weightless in the ocean for an hour or more. We only headed in to town once because it is easy to do all your living here. This is our twelfth time in PV. We really cannot see a reason to stay anywhere else now that we have found this place.

Beautiful Mexican Oasis

My husband and I spent a week at Rincon del Sol in early March. It was an absolutely lovely vacation. From the minute we walked into the condo and heard the sound of the waves, we knew we were somewhere special. The condo was luxurious, beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The view of the ocean from the condo was wonderful and added to the tranquility and serenity of the property. We enjoyed relaxing on the large, beautiful deck and swimming in the salt water infinity pool directly in front of the condo. The beach club is only short walk away where we enjoyed swimming and kayaking at the private beach. The meals at the beach club restaurant were excellent and very reasonably priced. We went into Puerto Vallarta for dinner and shopping a few times. We used taxis and the bus service. If you’re looking for a quiet Mexican oasis this is the place. We will definitely be back. Thank you Todd for sharing your condo with us and for all your help.

Wonderful!

We had such a great family vacation at this wonderful condo! I can't say enough good things about the overall experience. The condo itself is very comfortable and has everything you need in fact you don't really need to leave? Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view of the ocean right out your door. The property is safe, and includes the Beach Club which is a great little cafe/bar, with a pool and the private beach. They have kayaks, SUP, etc and you can kayak to Los Acros very easily from the Beach Club. I thought I'd be cooking a lot but the food was so good and reasonably priced that we ate there for breakfast and some lunches every day. The condo building also has a pool/hot tub that my sons loved and spent a lot of time in. The grounds are beautiful and everyone is very friendly and caring. I researched a lot of places and so glad I found this gem. Todd, the owner, is available and friendly for any questions or information you need. Enjoy and make great family memories!

Stop looking. This is where you want to stay!

Wow. Just wow. We travel a bit, and usually stay at 4-5 star hotels. We have had to adjust our rating system now, as Todd's place is 6 stars! The place is immaculate and absolutely made our stay. The location is great -- far enough away that it is quiet, but only a 10 minute cab ride into town. The pools were beautiful. You can sleep with the sliding doors wide open, hear the ocean, and enjoy complete privacy and security. Todd gave us very helpful tips, like stopping to get groceries on the way from the airport, and telling all cab drivers Sierra del Mar is "just past the bungee place" (they all immediately knew where to go). The food at the club was as outstanding -- good or better than the restaurants, and the staff/service was exceptional. We made friends with several residents, who were all very welcoming: one even took us to the Saturday market. I can't speak highly enough about the place or our trip. I echo the sentiment that this is the best place I've stayed with a VRBO, and I hope Todd will have us back.

Wonderful property!

Really beautiful condo - great views, well stocked, tastefully decorated, very clean, comfortable, and lots of room. Loved hearing the waves hit the rocks right below the deck. Everyone at the complex was so helpful and nice - residents, other guests, and employees. Great beach club with very reasonable prices at the restaurant and food was so good! We swam in ocean, snorkeled, and kayaked using complimentary equipment at beach club. Condo is fairly close to where all the boats take people to snorkel at Los Arcos. We saw others who had called water taxi that picks you up right there on beach. Fitness room was large with plenty of equipment and two TV's. Pools were super clean and wonderful! Todd responded quickly to all our questions and provided tips/suggestions for all our needs. Having a rental car was well worth it as condo is not close to town, but there seemed to be plenty of buses going by with other tourists utilizing them. Internet company was working issues the week we were there and Todd was helpful with that. Our AT&T cell phones worked great there. Would go back in a heartbeat!!

This is our 2nd property in the Puerto Vallarta area. We fell in love with the South Shore. Sierra del Mar at Los Arcos is an incredible gated community. The grounds and location are amazing.
