19th Hole - Downtown, Park, Pickleball, Sim Access

The 19th Hole is a 4 bed, 3.5 bath newly constructed home located near the heart of downtown Southern Pines! We are walking distance to several wonderful pubs, restaurants, shops and public parks.

We have partnered with Twenty Fore Golf, a local indoor golf club open 24/7/365, has 5 simulators, is BYOB and bookings 60 days in advance. Our guests will receive an exclusive promo code to book at a discounted rate. Please let us know if you are interested after booking!

The home is designed to bring people together in the large open common spaces, while giving each guest privacy when needed. The house can comfortably sleep 12 (10 adults max & 2 children on bunk beds).

Even the most discerning of chefs will fall in love with the large kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, where any meal can be prepared for the entire group.

The property offers a fenced in backyard, including Adirondack chairs with a firepit, dining table and grill for cooking where you can kick back after a long day of missed putts.

Bedroom #4 (Master Suite) - Sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids.
