The apartment features a cozy dining alcove, a queen-sized bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper in the living room for guests. An en suite bathroom with French doors adds privacy between the bedroom and living area. Enjoy modern conveniences such as a washer and dryer, fresh linens, and a smart TV with access to streaming services. Radiator heating is supplemented by two space heaters to ensure your comfort in any season.







To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.



The Neighborhood:

Down-to-earth Park Slope is a residential area of tree-lined streets and historic brownstones in Brooklyn. It's known for its open-minded community of families and young professionals. The mix of indie boutiques, laid-back bars and casual restaurants along 5th Avenue and pockets of 7th Avenue caters to the diverse area. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed at this property. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



There are security cameras in the entrance, and in the common areas of the building. Note that there are four levels of stairs to get to the apartment's entry floor.



Renovation is taking place in the unit below, and noise or disturbances may occur during your stay. Work is permitted through August 2026. Please carefully consider this before booking, as the construction may affect your experience.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
