Big 1 BR – Paris 12ème - Gare de Lyon – Orly

Spacious and very bright, the apartment is completely renovated and equipped with designer and high-end furniture. A few minutes walk from the Maisons Alfort Alfortville RER D, it offers quick access to the center of Paris in 15 minutes, to the Louvre Museum in 30 minutes and to all the junctions of Paris. The accommodation is suitable for your business stays, your romantic getaways, and vacations with friends. You will find all amenities within a 500m radius (supermarket, pharmacy).
The space
Intimate and very bright, the apartment includes 1 bedroom with a large queen size double bed (160x200cm), a large kitchen separate from the living room and a large bathroom.

The living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a TV. The sofa bed is prepared if there are three travelers. If there are two of you, and still wish to use the room and sofa bed, please make a reservation for three.

I provide towels and all toiletry essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand cleanser.

You also have all the modern appliances you will need for your stay, including a washing machine, coffee maker, iron, microwave, etc.

Guest access
It is a quiet, secure apartment in a house, and the flat is all yours during your stay. However since sound carries in the backyard we ask that our guests respect the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Even regular talking is clearly audible to the neighbors when the door is open or people are in common areas so please be courteous. Thank you.

Check-in time is from 2 pm on the day of your arrival. But if there is no previous guest before you, I can possibly be flexible with this.

The keys are to be collected from a lockbox by the front door of the building - so you can check-in by yourself at any time after 2 pm.

Check-out time is before 10 am.

Other things to note
The flat has a key-safe box outside in case we cannot welcome you in person.
The flat does not have a ring bell, so please do not ring our neighbor's bell.

Parking facilities are available free of charge on the street in front of the house. Please send us the exact time of your arrival or prompt us one hour before your arrival time.

You have to pay a deposit of 300€ before check-in. The deposit is refunded at check out if you don’t organize any illegal activities.
