This premium cottage in Hyannis offers unbeatable access to FOUR beaches less than .4 miles away: Veterans, Keyes, Estey Ave, and Kalmus Beaches. Walk just 0.9 miles to Main Street Hyannis for shopping, museums, and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard, or enjoy harborfront restaurants. 2024 renovated home features central AC, new furniture, living room with a gas fireplace, and a new kitchen. Enjoy deck, grill, fire pit and bicycles for a perfect vacation.

New 7 people hot tub/spa (only available when renting the house between April and November)

Welcome to our newly renovated 2024 home, featuring all-new premium furniture, a brand-new kitchen, and the latest appliances. This charming house is centered around an open living and dining area with a cozy gas fireplace and elegant hardwood floors, perfect for gathering and relaxation.

Our modern kitchen equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and direct access to a spacious fully furnished deck.

Two bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds, one with a queen-sized bed, and a fourth bedroom featuring two bunk beds, making it perfect for families or groups.

Enjoy your stay in our beautifully updated home, designed to provide comfort and style for a memorable getaway.

Pet-free vacation property.

Guest can use the entire house except the locked owners closet in the shared bathroom. All outdoor space and bikes are also available for the guests!

Guests can send messages through the Airbnb chat. In case of an emergency that requires an immediate response, please call my cell phone.

0.3 miles to Veterans Beach, 0.4 miles to Keyes Beach, 0.5 miles to Estey Ave Beach and 0.6 miles to Kalmus Beach, Eugenia Fortes Beach/Kennedy compound (1.1 miles), Craigville Beach (4.5 miles). Shopping and dining: .9 miles to Main Street and .9 miles from harbor front restaurants like The Black Cat and Spanky's Clam Shack

Walk or bike to nearby beaches, downtown or nantucket sound ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
5 mins drive from Hyannis MBTA station

We are located in the middle of Cape Cod - walkable to beaches, near lots of restaurants, activities, family attractions, bike trails, fishing, shopping, nighlife and the ferries that take you to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. You will love staying in this area. You can walk or bike (we have plenty of bikes for you) around town. This location is truly amazing.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very clean, lots of sleeping areas, and the small touches made it even better. There were not only bath towels but also beach towels, as well as chairs, a beach tent, and a wagon. The hot tub was clean and relaxing after a day at the beach. I recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and clean stay at the cape.
