Welcome to your retreat at the Raven’s Nest cabin located within the prestigious, gated community of Big Sky! With 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 2,600 sqft, 2.24 acres of tranquility
You'll find comfort and elegance with three gas log fireplaces, including one in the primary bedroom with an ensuite bath, a huge shower, and breathtaking mountain and sunrise views.
The loft area has a futon, additional sitting, board games, puzzles, videogame console, a desk and monitor, and amazing views of the mountains.
The main level has an additional spacious bedroom and full bathroom, stunning rocked fireplace in the great room, complemented by a rocked island in the kitchen featuring brand-new stainless-steel appliances, including a Knock fridge and a gas stove with dual convection oven and a lovely dining area.
A wrap-around porch and deck in the main level has an electric firepit, Blackstone 22” Griddle, pellet grill, swing wooden bench, recliners, rocking chairs, and more amazing mountain and sunrise views.
The terrace lower level has two additional bedrooms, a bath, a movie theater, and a large screen-in terrace equipped with a sitting and a hot tub.

• Plenty of parking in the driveway, but cars will be parked in a single file line.
• A starter kit of supplies will include paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, creamer, sugar, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, laundry detergent, dish soap, and a sponge. However, those staying longer than a few nights will likely need to pick up more.
• All bathrooms are stocked with four regular towels, two hand towels, two wash clothes, 2 makeup remover clothes, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.
• Once you book, you will receive a digital guidebook with all house information and local recommendations.

House rules
• No smoking or vaping of any kind inside the cabin. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250.
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 pm outside the cabin, please be respectful.
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• No events or parties.
• No candles and no open flames or fire outside the gas fireplace, pellet grill, or stove.
• Please be mindful of our septic system—use waste bins for everything other than toilet paper and do NOT pour oils in the sink or big chunks of food.
• Leave trash in trash bags and place them inside the wooden box located outside of the cabin to avoid wildlife getting into the trash bins.
• Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 11. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $100. You will also be asked to leave.
• Please leave shoes at the door.

Guest access
This is a gated community. We will need a list of guests over the age of 16 at least 3-5 days before your reservations for entry into the resort. The keypad code to access the property will be given 24-48 hours prior to check-in.
