FREE DAILY BEACH SETUP INCLUDED - 2 CHAIRS AND LARGE UMBRELLA PLUS ONE HOUR DAILY FREE RENTAL OF KAYAK OR PADDLEBOARD

My condo is updated with new carpet & furniture, this condominium is in the Island Princess complex on the Gulf of Mexico. Rental includes daily beach setup of 2 chairs w/umbrella plus one hour free daily rental of kayak or paddleboard. This is a three ( 3 ) bedroom & three ( 3 ) bathroom condo. Unit is a 7th floor west side penthouse suite with dramatic views of the gulf & Fort Walton Beach areas. Take the elevator & walk approximately 40 steps to a heated pool or hot tub & then take another 30 steps to our fabulous white sands beach. Utopia! Enjoy this pristine white sands beach along with the Emerald colored waters with your toes in the sands & surf or view this amazing paradise from afar on the oversized balcony with your morning coffee or evening glass of wine! (Note that up to 8 vacationers could eat their meals on this scenic balcony.) Watch the dolphins swim & pelicans soar!

There are great attractions such as the Gulfarium, Pensacola Aeronautical Museum, Science Museum, Destin's Boardwalk & shopping outlets & just basics such as a grocery store & pharmacy. There is an abundance of water sports, a water park, go-cart rentals, boat cruises, deep-sea fishing, miniature golf, multitude of golf courses such as the Pines at Fort Walton Golf Course & the Oaks Golf Course & more!

Amazing Condo. So much room. Best stocked kitchen ever!! This condo is the top floor of seven. The view is awesome!!! Beach chairs and an umbrella each day was lovely!!! The kids loved the HEATED pool!!!

Great stay

Our stay was great, Angie was a lovely host, and the condo worked well for our family. The traffic was the worst part, but had nothing to do with the condo just be aware of all the construction happening around the major intersections. Again, the condo was lovely, the beach access was perfect, and the condo was super clean. Would for sure stay again.

Great Beach Front

This is a great condo to stay with a larger family. Lots of room and great having three full bathrooms. Excellent location on the beach. I would book again if ever I’m in the area.

Perfect Getaway

Loved everything about our trip. Everything went so smoothly and communication was great. There are extra amenities like a paddle board, boogie boards and slim boards, chairs, etc that make this VRBO even better. LOVED our time here and we'll be back!!

Best vacation ever

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everything that you needed including kitchen items,games and books were there.The balcony overlooking the Gulf was huge including a large table and chairs to eat ouside or have coffee in the morning . The pool,spa and exercise gym were excellent too. We will definitely be back! Also Angie was easy to get in touch with and responded back quickly.

We had a wonderful visit to the Destin area. The property was perfect. The location was great. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella provided each day. We had fun visiting the beach and swimming in the pool. The place was clean and safe.

Great place!

What a wonderful penthouse with great views on the balcony. We loved that we had a bathroom for every bedroom. All the amenities you could want along with a tentative owner who is so nice! Will be staying again.

My unit does have 4 TV's, three of which have screens over 40". However, even with great weather some people still come to the beach to watch television instead of enjoying our sugar white sands, beautiful pool, playful dolphins, pelicans & emerald green calm waters!

Family vacation fun !

Everything was great, beach & weather was perfect. Nice place only issues were fridge door didn’t close sometimes and toilet paper roller came apart first use. Overall good time had by all 👍

We loved our stay at the Island Princess! The condo was even prettier in person. The elevator near the condo wasn't working upon checkout so that was a little bit of an issue. Overall very pleased

Great location! Wonderful view from balcony! Looks brand new inside. Was great to have a bathroom for all 3 bedrooms, nice size pool with easy beach access. Wonderful to have kayak and beach umbrella with chairs. Already recommending to friends. Will return!

Great property, quickly fixed routine issue

Great place, had a small issue with the AC that was fixed before we even got back to the room. Owners checked on us several times to take care of any need we had.

It was unfortunate that a 3 year old AC unit had an issue, but my maintenance man, Oliver along with the installer worked to get it fixed in no time. We are so glad that you had a great week at the beach & enjoyed our place!

Great getaway

We enjoyed our time at the Island Princess. The condo was clean and well stocked. It was a great fit for our family of 6. Angie was super helpful, even late at night, as I forgot the info she mailed to us. She also checked on us during our stay. The beach chairs/umbrella and paddle board were a nice addition!

Fort Walton Beach

My family and I had a wonderful trip. This was our first time spending Memoria Day at Fort Walton Beach, and we enjoyed how quiet things were. It's certainly not PCB, but more of a family retreat. The condo was wonderful. We would certainly stay there again given the opportunity. The condo offered 2 free chairs with an umbrella with your stay which is awesome:) Take advantage of this with your stay.

Wonderful accommodations and the view was awesome!

It was so nice having three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The condo was spacious and the view was awesome! The property location was nice because it's located on Okaloosa Island and close to Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Both towns have alot to offer for food and entertainment.The owner was easy to work with and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone and if I have a need for a large condo with a great view I would definitely come back myself.

We enjoyed our week at the Island Princess, The Island Princess in Fort Walton, Florida. It was more than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked. The furnishings were up to date. The unit was decorated very nicely. It was so close to the Emerald Coast Convention Center.

Perfect location

Can’t say enough about this property! Everything that you need in the kitchen! Plenty of room for a big family. Beautiful view. Fair price. Comfortable and cozy. Pool was sort of small and very busy during our holiday week stay. But we managed and the kids were so happy. Elevator was always quick and operational. Would definitely stay again.
