Recently remodeled, this cabin has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fully stocked kitchen includes full-size appliances, a microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals.

At the resort, guests can enjoy access to a community boat dock with rental slips and a swim platform, a sparkling pool, and several gathering spots with picnic tables, fire pits, and BBQ grills. Looking for adventure? Rent a tri-toon, ski boat, kayak, paddleboard, or even a golf cart to explore the area in style.

Bring your pups along—this cabin is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs (with a pet fee), and there’s plenty of open yard space for them to roam.

The host was very welcoming! The lake view was absolutely gorgeous! So peaceful sitting out on the dock on the porch swing was our favorite thing. The cabin was clean, cozy, and the beds were super comfy! Our stay was absolutely perfect, we will definitely be back!

Everything was Fabulous! Host were very prompt at answering questions, lake view was beautiful with the moon reflecting! Very relaxing weekend! Can’t wait to come back! Will definitely recommend!

The cabin was clean, cozy, had the basics needed to do our own cooking. Bed is very comfortable. Nice deck, beautiful lake view, bring your own briquettes for the charcoal grill. Very relaxing place. Since we were there in October, the pool was closed, but looks really nice.
Cabin #3 is the closest to the lake in thislineup of cabins, so a great view from the deck.

Loved the location, contactless services for check-in and check-out, and all the amenities. The cabin was great for our stay on TRL. The only criticism I have is the cabin floors were somewhat dirty from the start. Loved the ability to keep the cabin cool, the fridge and stove worked well, and the access to the internet, plus a TV helped during down time. The facilities, like fire pit, pool, dock, and swim dock were awesome as well! The location of being right on the lake and walk to and from the lake were just right. We definitely found a little piece of TRL that we will be coming back to next year!

Next to lake, next to pool, washer n dryer,charcoal grill( our davorite),the long hair grounds keeper, SO HELPFUL !! SO MICE, even yelled out at us before we left SOOO NICE TO FEEL NOTICED !!!! Ppl check this place out.so quiet.nobody bothered us..You can even use the paddle boat or canoe FREE .WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR CALL THEM NOW MAKE AN RESERVATION !! TRUST ME "YOU WONT GO WRONG" EASY CHECK IN EASY CHECK OUT!!!!!

The host was very accommodating and quick response! All amenties were available and as seen in the pictures. They have a washer and dryer in the game room which was very useful for our families needs. The dryer cost 1.50 to use. My only isssue was that we drive a Suburban and it was difficult to park it and feel the peace of not being blocked in. It was known that a smaller vehicle was best, so it wasn't hidden information, we took a chance and it all worked out. We are very pleased with our experience! If we visit during the summer, we will definitely keep this cabin in mind! We are thankful!

The cabin was a perfect size for my husband and our dog. The beds were very comfortable, bedding was clean and smelled fresh, and the hot water was nice to have for showers and dishes. We did notice a couple small holes in the wall and scratches on the floor in the living room area, but neither issue caused a problem for us. Unfortunately, the dishes we used were all still quite dirty and had old food caked on them still; we had to re-wash things before we could use them. The oven also had a smokey burnt smell when we used it initially, but it went away after an hour or so. Overall the location by the water was amazing! We really enjoyed the space to walk around and explore the area, or sit by the water and enjoy the calm vibes. The gravel drive in and out of the cabin was a little precarious, wouldnt reccomend cabin 3 if you dont want to be down at the end of the gravel drive as the neighbors trucks did have us blocked in at one point.

It was a clean cabin and beautiful property, but the area was more crowded than we thought it would be, there was about 3-4 feet of space between cabin, the parking was rough- very crowded and narrow and undefined, and the bedrooms had no TVs. There were some great outdoor amenities- a very nice pool, nice swimming dock, fire pit, etc. Just overcrowded for those who dont like being able to touch their neighbor's cabin from their own cabin.

The cabin was perfect, the lake and view were breathtaking. Any questions I had were answered immediately and everyone was so nice. Really clean area with a ton of amenities we weren't even expecting. We forgot charcoal, but they had propane grills ready to go for anyone to use. Loved it. Wish I could have stayed longer but definitely will be back.

Hello from Scott and Max! We are two college friends (Rock Chalk) turned business partners that each have growing families. Our mutual enjoyment of life, travel, adventure, and real estate helped us reconnect after college and team up to expand our friendship into a partnership and buy our first property together in 2021. We hope the accommodations and amenities at our properties provide our guests the same opportunity to create memories and deepen relationships that they have provided to our families when we stay here together.

Cabin 3 at Kimberling Oaks Resort has it all for up to 6 guests: lakefront cabin with a community pool, community dock with boat slip rentals and a swim platform, as well as all the sporting equipment to enjoy Table Rock Lake: tri-toon, ski/fishing boat, kayaks, and SUPs available for rent. Lastly, we even offer golf cart rentals to make your navigation around our property quick and enjoyable. We look forward to hosting you!
