Amazing stay!

Absolutely loved this property! We had a fantastic stay — the house was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and stores, which made everything super easy. The home itself was perfect, and we made great use of the pool and spacious yard. Edmund was very responsive and incredibly accommodating. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable and fun getaway!

Amazing house, amazing location!

This house is fantastic—extremely clean, functional, updated, and comfortable. We had 18 people (adults, teens, kids, and a baby), and everyone loved this place. We grilled burgers and hot dogs, played cornhole and other yard games in the grass, swam in the pool, and used the hot tub. So fun! And the location is great— there’s a grocery store two minutes away, and beaches and boardwalks and shopping are all just a short drive. Plenty of restaurants right near the house too. The owner, Edmund, was very attentive and prompt with answering any questions that we had, and even made a quick trip to let us back in after we locked ourselves out. We would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfect Venue for a Special Celebration!

We rented The Pavilion to host my daughter’s baby shower, and it was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, Edmund went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He was incredibly helpful and hands-on, taking the time to show us how everything worked and where to find anything we might need. He thought of everything!The house itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and so comfortable—everyone in our group commented on how great the beds were! It had everything we needed and more.The pool, hot tub, and yard games were a huge hit and provided hours of fun for both the adults and kids. It truly felt like a mini resort getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a more gracious host. I highly recommend The Pavilion for any special event or relaxing family gathering!

Spent a life time working across the world in global enterprise now focused on making sure our guests have a fantastic vacation or family event at our properties - love it! Built from the ground up in 2021/22 the Pavilion offers world class facilities for our guests in accommodation we would be happy to stay in - for us that says it all. We aim to provide everything a guest could ever need to enjoy their time with us, from towels to linens and soaps to all the toys our family enjoys - bikes, corn hole, board games, and floats for the pool. Welcome to the Pavilion!

Cape May Court House is in Center of South Jersey and Cape May County’s Capital City. Surrounded by seasonal hot spots like the fabulous Cape May Country Park & Zoo, Stone Harbor, The Wildwoods, Cape May, Avalon and Ocean City we wanted to live somewhere with a year round community given the amount of traveling we were doing for work over the last 20 years. Cape May Court House has grown into a fabulous hub for us and our guests with easy access to beaches, restaurants, airports, water parks and world class golf courses.

Inside we have spared no expense for the bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, GE Gourmet Stainless Kitchen Equipment, Samsung Smart TVs with 500Mb WIFI on each floor, and all the kitchen gadgets we could think of - waffle maker, Ninja Food Processor, Toshiba Rice Cooker, Kitchen Aid Toaster & Kettle.
