Great host! Was great for a couple days stay for my husband, 2 kids, and I. Not a bad drive to beaches, and very close to the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp Stadium. Would stay again!

The pictures really didn't do justice to the home! The kitchen is so cute and equipped with everything you need. The upstairs bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. I cannot wait to stay again!

Great location (3 min drive to the Jaguars stadium), wonderful communication with the owners, super clean and beautiful!! And the bed was so comfortable! We very much enjoyed our stay and will be back again. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Jacksonville.

Great host! House was clean, completely stocked with almost everything you might need. Host was always available if any need arose. Area seemed completely safe with lots of neighbors out and about. Quick drive to VyStar ballpark. Overall, a great weekend.

I love staying here and do so every time I come to Jacksonville. The place itself is cute and comfortable, I love having a full kitchen and the location is so convenient. The hosts are responsive and and are great communicators. Highly recommend

Booking and communicating with Christopher has been by far the easiest experience. Hands down the best host ever! No lengthy check out instructions, all we had to do was show up. Very secure area. You are fenced in with friendly, trustworthy neighbors in a house on the property. There are a lot of extras— incase you forget something at home. Plenty of fresh towels and linens. Everything you need to get started is on site incase you get in late and cannot make it shopping when you get in town. They have different snacks provided as well. Cute historical area about 1 mile for downtown shows and site seeing. I felt more like a guest visiting and not someone in town for business or vacation.

Perfect Proximity

This was a lovely guest cottage super close to the Vystar Arena where our event was held. The host had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the coffee! He was super hospitable and immediately responded when we needed extra towels. We hope to stay again in the future!

Everything you could want in a small-ish private, quiet stay. Clean, cool setup, clean, comfortable bed, kitchen, shower. Host very responsive when I reached out with a MINOR issue. Highly recommend. Thanks Christopher!!
