Absolutely the BEST!! Andrea was so accommodating to a group that had lots different needs. She made sure that we felt welcomed!! Nice, quite neighborhood, close to everything we were doing. 100/10!

Excellent property! My family and I appreciated all the "extras" the owner left for us like snacks, cold water, coffee and creamer, various toiletries and cooking utensils etc. My questions prior to booking were answered promptly. The property looks just like the pictures. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The street was very quiet. The property helped make our weekend get away stress free and relaxing. We will definitely book again next time we visit Savannah.

Fantastic stay! House is located at end of street- quiet neighborhood. The house was full of little extras that made a very positive difference for our family traveling- the hosts were clearly very thoughtful. Also really enjoyed the bedding choices and TVs in each room! Communication was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

It was truly a pleasure to stay in the property. Well decorated. You could tell that the owner cared about guests’ comfort and enjoyment. The amenities were great. The beddings were comfy! All in all, it was a great experience. The only con was the distance to attractions.

We’re about 3.9 miles from downtown Savannah and around 15 miles from Tybee Island, so most attractions are still a short drive, but we understand it can feel further away than expected at times. The property was generally clean when we arrived, and we really appreciated the thoughtful snacks that were provided. Those little touches were a nice welcome.Unfortunately, there were several issues that kept our stay from being a particularly positive experience. We encountered cockroaches during our stay, which was obviously concerning. There was also a broken window, and the drawer in the small bedroom appeared to be permanently glued shut, making it unusable.The location and exterior were also disappointing. The property is situated directly against warehouses at the end of the street, which made the curb appeal considerably less inviting than the listing might suggest.Overall, the property had some nice touches and was generally clean, but the pest issue, maintenance problems, and surrounding environment made the stay only average for us. With some attention to maintenance, pest control, and the exterior surroundings, this could be a much better experience for future guests.

Because the property is surrounded by mature trees and vegetation, occasional outdoor pests can sometimes make their way inside, particularly in our climate, but we do take pest control seriously and have regular treatment in place. We are following up to make sure the home is properly treated and inspected. We are also addressing the maintenance items you mentioned. We wish these concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay, as we would have gladly tried to resolve them right away. As for the surrounding area, the nearby warehouses and neighboring properties are outside of our control, though we do our best to accurately represent the home and its location in the listing. We appreciate your stay and your feedback as we continue improving the guest experience.

Everything was nice and clean. Very close to where the Savanah Bananas play. It was also only about 10 minutes from the historic sites in Savanah. Overall my family was very happy with our stay.

The house was cozy, the space gave us room to spread out as a 4 person family, Andrea ensured the house was ready when we arrived, leaving a welcoming note in the fridge, snacks, and drinks in the fridge if we needed them. We only stayed for a couple of nights but it was good to be close to the Grayson Stadium for the Banana Ball Finals.

Nicely done house located at the dead end of a quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and helpful. Many extras included and items that might have been forgotten were thoughtfully provided.

Stayed for graduation

We arrived earlier in the week and extended our stay.We enjoyed the home, it is very welcoming and comfortable. The area is very quiet so when you just want to relax it is easy to do. Close to downtown Savannah, the historic district and Tybee Island.

Cute and cozy renovated home. There was some industrial buildings next to it, but it was still quiet and peaceful. The host provided everything we would ever need. We did have an issue with the bedroom ceiling lights/fans. Each remote worked the other bedroom lights/fans, causing us to turning on lights in rooms someone was sleeping in or turning off lights people were using. Overall, very nice!

Clean and convenient

This was a great spot for my family. We were doing the drive from Fl back to Virginia and wanted to explore Savannah. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the little treats. We are already planning the next trip down.

Vacation and SCAD graduation

We came for my daughter's graduation from SCAD. The place is very comfortable, very clean and very welcoming and situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a welcome note, a fruit basket and very well stocked with snacks and various other items. The house is also 15 minutes from Tybee Island and 15 minutes from historic section of Savannah.

She had a very nice and well organized home. She had coffee for me, along with snacks and Popsicles for my 11 year old daughter. She surprised us in so many ways! I will definitely contact her again! The stay was fabulous

Wasn't a bad place. Very clean. Comfy beds but I am petite & had trouble getting on the queen size bed. It seems like an older home with nice updates. Had trouble viewing channels, Andrea tried helping us but we figured out how to view using our own Direct Tv account, she was quick to respond. We were there for state competition at Forest City Gun Club & it was an easy 15minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet.

This house was immaculate!! You never know what to expect when entering a short term rental. I immediately felt a sense of satisfaction. Super clean!! Comfy furniture in the living room. Roku tv's in every room. A large variety of delicious snacks throughout the living area! Toiletries in the bathroom. We were all blown away. There was a well stocked kitchen (equipment) too. We used the washer and dryer and they both worked without a hitch. If you have mobility issues, you may want to bring a step stool because the bed in the master is very high off the floor. However, the bed was very comfortable. The queen in the front room was comfortable too. We would surely stay here again! 5 stars without a doubt.
